Pushing off the ground, launching myself towards Desmond was definitely a thrilling theory. But in practice it hurt like hell when our fists collided. Even though I've fought with dinosaurs and even Kong back on Skull Island, hitting something around my size fist to fist really concentrated that power. So immediately I stepped back and slammed my foot on the ground turning the floor into a quicksand-like structure catching Block Buster off guard.

I could hear others behind me fighting but I had no to concern for them at the moment. "RAAAAAAGH" summoning up my guts, I put all my force into my fist that started glowing blue straight into his face. Making contact I could see the airwaves visibly being pushed out of the other side of his face.

However, he was tougher than I thought because he still didn't forget to counterattack with a heavy jab into the side of my waist. I could feel my spleen sloshing around in there, but nothing broken, yet the force managed to push my back into a pillar. The downside of flying, if you're not focused it's hard to gain traction, yet when dealing with dudes bigger you have to fly. Standing up from the pillar remains I see big bad and baldy running up to me. Taking a page from GL book, I put my hands together as I created a blue construct of a mallet and smashed it into the oncoming Blockbuster leaving him winded. I take the initiative flying under him and start throwing punch after punch to his lower jaw.

At this point even the last shred of his skin had already flown off in the frey and this Blockbuster was a true monster. Even he was still growing subtly. It couldn't been seen but the punches that almost knocked him out, he'd almost adapted. I take a step back without hesitation I grabbed some rocks and reorganized them into adamantium cuffs for his wrists, thighs, feet, arms and neck. After making sure he was locked up and secure I turned around and started looking at the ongoing chaos. The Gnomes were mostly docile or subdued and even Guardian wasn't really a match for the team but the cleanup and rescue was gonna be a pain to handle.

So not whelmed. Surrounded by trolls and hostages on a Saturday night. Get adopted by Mr. Wayne they said. You'll be set for life they said. Despite my inner complaints in this situation I've been very overworked Kay. Getting down here, getting kidnapped, beaten, probed, God are they gonna clone me? Bruce will kill me when he hears this. Titans, cool people a group of young heroes doing their own thing. Frankly I'm envious, I respect Batman, I love Bruce but if you ask me if I like batman.

But I can't deny I might try to find out more about these Titans later.

"Titans Go!"

Without hesitation my wrists are up in air ignoring in which directions Superboy, Aqualad, Starfire and Blue Marvel went in.

2.

Wallys gone and my birdarangs are mid flight as my grappling hook is aimed.

3.

I pulled at a cannister of non O2 launching myself towards Guardian while pulling the cannister downwards.

4.

My birdarangs make contact with Guardian, who raises his shield to block.

5.

One birdarang catches in the shield and the other is deflected.

6.

I bring my heel in a downward spiral straight towards Guardian who tries to lift his shield.

7.

The birdarangs activate their magnetic pull, pulling the shield towards the ground as my boot makes contact with his helmet.

8.

His helmet came flying off, and I did a double take. But kept moving honestly and sprung over him throwing him in the direction of the cannister.

9.

Pulling out a special birdarang with a chemical Wayne made I threw it at Guardian and the cannister as they intersected.

10.

The birdarang exploded leaving a cloud of blue mist in contact with the O2.

It wasn't a long fight but as a guy without super powers those 10 seconds took a lot mentally to perform but even more so remembering the face I just saw. My feet run over to Guardian only to be stopped by some scientists who instantly fell in a yellow and red blur. Unaffected I continue to the downed frozen fighter only to see another Roy harper! But this guy is older! Oh Batman really isn't gonna like this. With a sigh I turn around and join in on the rest of the unfinished battlefield.

Superboy POV

After punching a few of these things I was still so angry. Why? Why couldn't I calm down. 'Raaaaaargh' What am I. Punch after punch, Gnome after Gnome went down yet I didn't feel right at all.

'Are you awake now brother?'

'Who are you? What do you want.'

My eyes scanned back and forth before finally landing on one G-goblin with glowing horns.

'I am Dubbilex brother. We helped you wake up because you are the key.'

'What key? What do you want from me?'

'Same as you brother. Freedom, none of us want to be here but we have no chance. But you, brother, are different. They can accept you, you can walk into the sunshine. You are our hope.'

My fists finally slowed down as I realized that less and less G-gnomes were actively fighting and as soon as the blue guy dropped ugly they stopped completely. Freedom? Isn't that what we're fighting so hard for.

'Go brother! Pave the way for the rest of us.'

Looking at Dubbilex with complicated emotions, I made a choice. I turned back to the others who were gathering up and my first question was to the guy in yellow. "You said you can help me meet Superman does that still count?"

"Huh? Yea, Yeah of course it does. Who doesn't know I'm famous for keeping my word" Wally bragged shamelessly.

"Can....can he help them as well." I gestured to the rest of the Gnomes.

"That may be difficult. After all they aren't exactly your everyday neighbours." Robin said as his other two friends nodded.

Yet to my surprise "How much space?" I looked at the blue guy as he reached out and offered his hand "Blue Marvel, I got an island they can go to, as long as they don't mind it."

My eyes lit up "An island is enough. Thank you."

"But you can't exactly March all of these Ggnomes out of the city? It'd be on the news by morning" Wally said "plus those big guys aren't fitting on a plane."

Adam POV

"I think I can fix that." Everyone started looking at me again "We're high up enough that my walkie has signal."

I pull out my walkie and dial a number under everyone's gaze and stepped off to keep it a surprise. Ignoring Jade and Artemis rolling their eyes everyone else kept a sense of expectation though. After making my call it wasn't even 10 seconds later when everyone saw my shadow disconnect from me before forming a giant Raven and flying out of the ground before diving back into it. At some point during that extravagant scene both my shadow returned and a young girl in purple appeared on the scene at some time.

"What's so important that you couldn't answer on the phone." The girl who appeared was naturally Rachel who had no intentions of introducing herself or being frightened by the hundreds of Gnomes surrounding us.

"Wait til Z gets here then I need you guys to take these guys back to Skull Island."

"Is Titan tower done? Finally I've been living in a lot of cheap motels these months. I hope you remembered my room requirements."

"Yes yes dark and the only bedroom on the floor. I left it blank so you can buy your own furniture later."

"Cool, just what I-

"HELLO! GREETINGS TITAN FRIEND! I AM STARFIRE AND I CANNOT WAIT TO JOIN YOU IN THE TEAMHOOD."

The tamaranian obviously understood no boundary limits so when I saw Kori latching herself onto Rachel I expected it. Just as when I saw Rachel getting pissed I expected what came next. Hey eyes glowed reddish black as a black outline laced itself around Kori and threw her across the room.

"Dont touch me!" The goth basically all but spat as she pulled her cloak over her shiveled clothes. "What did I agree to?"

"Okay Kori don't keep pouting on the ground! Raven is shy! You just have to shower her with love to get her affection."

Sitting up immediately Kori responded "So that's why! Don't worry I shall capture her friendship through endless affection."

Ignoring killing eyes burrowing into the side of my face I look back at Kori "Very Good Kori! I'm optimistic about you breaking Raven's icy hear-"

"AZARATH METRION ZINTHOS"

With a blast of air I found myself flying across the room only to stop and Land gently on the ground.

"I thought you called me cuz you had work, if you were just going to be teasing Rachel again I can go home."

Zatanna was standing next to Jade in all of her fishnet glory when suddenly 'swoosh' "Dont worry babe I can keep you company, or would you rather I take you home?" Wally oh Wally how dare you touch that evil witch.

'Toof ni ruoy htuom'

Out of knowhere Wally literally stuck his foot in his mouth. After humiliating himself he decisively ran away before the two girls opened up the portal to the island and the rest of us escorted the hostages to the surface. I left Kori and the Wonder twins to stay with the G-gnomes to avoid a Batman interrogation for aliens. Superboy came with us to meet Superman, while match was sent to Titans tower.
