Weak point

Eric's POV

I went for the phone, clicked it open and saw that it was an SMS from Sophie, angrily I clicked on the SMS and felt anger ran through my body the moment I read the message.

''You have until three days to agree to my request and if you don't, you know what would happen.''the moment I read those words I felt anger and pain develop my entire body.

I stood up for the couch, slightly opened the door and left the room.

I went back to my room, dialed her number and placed it angrily on my ear.

''How dare you.'' I yelled the moment the call was picked.

''Oh please, don't use such tune on me.'' she replied with no atom of fear, different from the submissive Sophie I knew.

''You dare threaten me.'' I yelled

''Call it whatever you want, it's either you agree to my terms or you will never see your son again, and do you know he already has weird abilities, and you know what that means.'' she added.

Hearing those words from her, I became speechless and weak, and I hated it.

''Where is he, I need to see him, he can be dangerous for himself and the people around him.'' I said those words, hoping she would understand.

''You don't have to worry about that, do your part of the deal, and you would be one step closer to meeting him, and remember it's just three days remaining.'' she declared those words and ended the call.

''Shit.'' I muttered out in anger as I ran my fingers roughly in my hair.

Sophie knew I would do anything to see this boy, she knew he was my weak point, and she was using it against me.

Angrily, I dialed a number on my phone, it rang a few times before it was picked.

''Good evening alpha.''he greeted.

''What did you find.'' I asked

''I was about calling you, should I forward it to your email.'' he asked 

''Just tell me, what did you find.'' I asked curiously.

''We could Only find pictures of the boy and a birth certificate of the boy.'' he explained.

''Nothing else.'' I asked as I tiredly rubbed my hand on my face.

''Unfortunately, nothing sir.'' he replied.

I sighed in anger and massaged the back of my neck.

''Send the pictures of what you found to my email.'' I muttered those words and ended the call.

I hit the phone on my left Palm as I aimlessly walked around the room.

I can't see myself having sex with Sophie, I haven't been able to have sex with anyone for the past two years, and now Sophie was threatening me with it.

There were times I looked forward to having a good time With Sophie, there were times I loved having sex with Sophie, but all that ended the day I met Victoria.

Now, having sex with Sophie or any other woman feels like a punishment to me.

I sat on my bed and roughly scattered my hair as I thought of a way to find that child.

That boy was my child, and she knew I would do anything just to see him.

I left my room, went back to Victoria's room and was glad I met her still sleeping.

I checked the time and realized it was already pass 10pm.

I sat on the couch and kept on staring at sleeping Victoria.

She was the most important thing in my life, but, I don't know how she would react if I start telling her things, things that might look strange and scary to her.

Tiredly, I stood up from the couch, took off my jean and climbed on the bed.

I pulled her to myself, kissed her forehead before murmuring words in her ear.

''I love you.'' I whispered sincerely before closing my eyes.
