"What happened, Master?" Ryne felt perplexed at his Master's odd behavior around the man and the way he left along with him as if he was escaping from a beast.

Golver looked over his shoulders and put a finger on his lips as a gesture to signal Ryne to keep quiet instead of answering him.

As they kept walking onward, the light started to diminish but instead of the feeling of safety that he thought he would get when he maintained some distance from Carnage, he only felt more and more uncomfortable as the darkness gradually submerged him.

It was as if there were ears and eyes in the darkness that were relaying every action of him and Ryne to… 'someone'.

Even as he thought of something bad about him, he would nervously look around at first, as if something could peer inside his mind and read his thoughts.
