Sketchy Drawing *Rose*

After the group call, I walked to Jaclyn's house. Her mother, Jacqueline, let me in and gave ne a tray of fresh baked cookies to enjoy with Jaclyn. I knocked on the door and Jaclyn opened it and let ne in.

"Hey." Jaclyn said as she closed a notebook.

"Hello." I said as I sat down next to her with the tray of cookies.

I saw a drawing and picked it up. Jaclyn was busy stuffing her face with cookies to notice I was looking at her drawing. It was a drawing of two people, a girl and a boy. They looked familiar and I soon realized it was Jaclyn and Carter, holding hands. It wasn't completely colored, but it was beautiful. Then, Jaclyn grabbed the picture and hid it under her red pillow. She grabbed a notebook I gave her. It still had the Ying Yang designs we drew on it when we first met.

"Was that picture... You and Carter? As a couple?"

Jaclyn's nose bled slightly.

"Yes. Don't tell anyone you saw that!"

"I won't."

Jaclyn wiped the blood from her nose and turned to the tray of cookies and I grabbed them.

"I want cookies too!"

I grabbed a cookie and ate ut quickly as Jaclyn put away the drawing properly.
