Thoughts on the novel and books

I had 6 novels. I finished one, as there were few readers, as well as collections. Therefore, I thought it reasonable to finish writing, since writing took a lot of time and the response was minimal.

The second book - rather, the novel was about the adventure of treasure hunters. I wrote it faster than the earlier work. He wrote 2-3 chapters a day. True raw materials. Actual information, almost real prices are real, search methods too. But too much information distracts the reader, as well as the author. So I decided to rewrite the novel later, again.

In total, I originally intended to write 80,000 words and about 90 chapters. But it turned out 118 chapters and a little over 107,000 words.

In some kind of coin, I realized that it was time to end the novel. I wanted to write a second season about treasure hunters in the city. It was tempting to just keep the number of subscribers and start just writing a new volume in this book. But then I decided to check the information that if I write a new book and publish two chapters a day at once, with a new title page, then the number of views will be higher. I'm not sure if this is true, but since it's always interesting for a researcher to test new methods, why not try to test it?

So I want to start writing a new book, chapters on 60-80, words on 65-80 thousand. But here doubts torment me a little, how to start a new book without finishing the old ones? And there are 4 more.

For example, I could finish writing about merchants, but there is still a lot of interesting information. And about the magic coin, I have no ideas yet. There is a need to write ideas about the farmer, but there is no time.

Two new ideas appeared to write about the city treasure hunting and about the gourmet. On the other hand, scattering ideas and not completing novels to the end, leaving them incomplete is not the thing.

So for now, I'm thinking about what's best to do. Probably the pros of writers do not even have such thoughts?
