Season 1 (CH15):

School. This was something that seemed to get easier and easier for, him and tonight was the parent teacher meetings, his teachers still wanted a parent or guardian to come in tonight. Fiona was already coming along with Steve, well not like it really mattered who did since he knew he was doing a lot better.

He even asked some teachers if he could just blow it off but they said that he still needed to come in, shaking his head he just ignored it for now. At the moment he was packing his lunch, he woke up later then usual and was now paying for it, although he didn't mind missing first period.

Steve had took the rest to school while he told him he would skate there, Fiona was reading the letter over again as he heated up some of the casserole that Kass made him. "Did they tell you anything new about why we needed to be there?" She asked while he closed the lid to his food.

"Nope. When I tried asking they just said they needed to talk to a parent or guardian, so I am taking you in as a guardian, not like they would know the difference much anyway." He said with a shrug.

She nodded while following him to the door, she looked like she wanted to say something but stopped as two men walked into the house. He remembered the scene and took the bat standing in front of them, "You are most likely here for Frank since none of have done anything, I will say this once for you though. He doesn't live here anymore so leave before I make you, he is staying at Shelia's at xxxxxx or will be at the Alibi room."

"Well---" One went to say but was cut off as he swung the bat right next to his head missing by centimeters hitting the wall putting a hole in it.

"I won't say it again. No get the fuck out before I take your head off next." He wasn't going to let them think that he was weak, instead he was showing them not to mess with him or his other family.

They all looked at each other before the men backed out the house, he didn't let down the bat until he saw them drive off in the truck, "Carl?" Fiona asked putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Sorry Fi, I just didn't want to hear any of them make threats at you. I was liable to take a head off their shoulders if something like that happened. Are you okay." He said while smiling lightly at her.

"Me? You just protected me and scared them off, there is nothing wrong with me at all. Do you think we should worry though?" She asked looking a little nervous while eyeing the door.

"No we will be fine. Just call me though if it happens again when I am not here. This is Frank's mess and he needs to deal with it himself." He said while shaking his head and putting down the bat, "Look I need to get to class but send me a text if something comes up, I will ditch if I need to."

She smiled happily at him, "No need to do that. Go enjoy your day. I will make sure to call or text though if something happens or they show up here again."

He looked into her eyes before nodding, "Good. Can't let something happen to my beautiful sister now can I?" Kissing her right next to her lips he smiled before picking up his skateboard and leaving the house, he would get to school now in the middle of first but didn't mind.

The ride wasn't long and he was right about being there during the middle of first period, instead of going he walked along the halls while yawning some, Kass kept him up late in a call. Along the way he started smelling weed while also seeing two football players going into the bathroom, remembering what was going on he followed.

Walking inside he saw Lip and Ian there along with Karen, the other dude whoever he was instead of looking happy was frowning at Lip talking about how he didn't get his scores back. Since it had nothing to do with him he took the weed from Karen, she shot him a flirty smile but he ignored it while rolling his eyes, he wouldn't put it past her to actually try.

"Heard about your night with Kassidi. Fiona told us all one night when it was us along with V and Kev in the living room, didn't know you had it in you little bro, that is some kinky stuff." Ian said with a smile while taking the weed back.

Rolling his eyes he smiled slightly, "What can I say, she wanted it and everything I did she didn't have any complaints about so we kept going."

He could feel the intense stare of Karen as she spoke to him, "Lip told me about that, can't say that I ever had a guy try something like that with me."

"We could try it if you want." Lip said with a saucy grin while waggling his eyebrows at her, "All we need to do is get a collar and a couple of things like Carl has."

Carl and Ian started laughing as she mulled it over, but he didn't think that would work since the girl needed to be really into it or trusted her partner for something like that. He knew Karen slept around, as did everyone else, but he didn't think she had the mindset to do half the things that Kassidi did.

For the rest of first period they joked about it more, he texted Fiona about her saying something about it to everyone else.

Him- You know that conversation about what me and Kass did was a little personal.

Fi- Well I didn't know that. I figured she wouldn't mind if a few people knew about what you two did, plus you seemed to brag so why not?

Him- Sigh, I guess you are right. The offer is still there if you want to try it yourself.

Fi- In your dreams, but.....here.

He was shocked but smiled a little, it was slow progress and he didn't even think she would so something like this but he was staring at a picture of her completely nude. If there was one thing that he could say about it though was that most of the bottom half was covered, she had the phone angled down from above where it started at her face and went down.

Seeing her nice pale nipples he was hard, and only got hard seeing the curve of her butt, this was a great early Birthday/Christmas/Halloween/etc. whatever someone wanted to give him a gift for.

Him- Thanks now I will be hard throughout the whole day.

Fi- Ha, well sucks to be you.

They stopped after that since he went to his second period, he could continue since he was way ahead in classes but instead he wanted to get a little sleep. After class had started he went ahead smiled at the teacher then put his head down, the teacher didn't say anything just shook his head and went on to teach.

After seeing how well he started doing in classes they cared less about this, there were even some students who wanted his help with work but he refused them. He didn't even like doing it himself, why would he waste his time teaching others? The answer is that he wouldn't so he didn't.

This is how most of the rest of his day went, he didn't see his siblings again, well except for Debby who came to ask him for money, Kass also called him at lunch. He was wondering if he should get some more friends, looking around as he stood at the entrance to the school he decided to play it by ear, he didn't know who to choose out of these people.

"What'cha doing?" someone said from next to him, looking over it was a girl who looked a lot like young Morena Baccarin. She was wearing a hoodie that covered her hair at the moment, with the strings pulled the only thing showing was her face when someone looked at her.

"Are you talking to me?" He asked while raising a brow at her, he knew that somehow he would have more girl friends then guys, mainly cause he use to fight every single guy he came across.

"Who else silly?" She said with a wide grin while stuffing her hands into her pockets while rocking on her feet.

He couldn't blame her seeing as it was getting colder, "Nothing just looking around, why do you ask?"

"Nothing just making conversation. No one really likes talking to me, my name is Sammy Dunbar by the way." She said with an uneasy smile while looking at him.

Hearing her name he knew why, this girl was, well he wouldn't say crazy but he couldn't call her stable, at least that was his thoughts. He couldn't really judge her though, he didn't listen to rumors so he didn't care about what others said, he saw she was waiting for him to judge her though.

"Carl Gallagher, nice to meet you. So why aren't you leaving yet like the rest of the masses?"

"Trying to make new friends, after coming back after...that, well it has just been harder to get people close. They see me then think 'oh look at that unstable girl' or something along those lines." She said while shaking her head.

He nodded people did change when something like that happened, "Yeah. Don't know who your true friends are until you hit rock bottom, if they aren't there for the bad then you don't need them for the good."

She hummed in agreement, "So we can be friends then? This is honestly the longest conversation that I have had within anyone in months, well at least here at school."

"Sure why not. Most people here don't want to be friend with me in the first place, you are the first I have made this year. I guess we are in the same boat, just for different reasons." He explained.

She smiled brightly while nodding her head, he could hear some people around them whispering and pointing but he didn't mind them, their opinion didn't matter. As for her, well she just hummed while smiling happily, he could only shake his head at that but at the same time it was good to see how strong she was being about everything.

As he began to walk out towards the street she followed, they both went down the street, since she was right next to him he didn't skate but just walked next to her. When they got to the corner she just followed more, he didn't say anything about it, he didn't know where she lived so for all he knew was that she actually lived in the same direction.

When they got two streets from his house that is when she stopped following him, "Well I have to go this way. Do you want to exchange numbers so that we can keep in touch?"

Nodding he got her number before watching her walk off, when she was out of sight he got on his skateboard and took off to his house, he didn't take long to get their either. As he walked into the house he saw that almost everyone was home, he didn't know how they got there so fast but shrugged, he did stay after for longer then he usually did.

"What's up little man." He said while rubbing Liam's head who laughed while patting his hands, he also bent down a picked up Kiki who meowed at his feet. "There is my little girl, how was your day." He said while scratching her behind the ear.

"Meow!" She answered while purring in pleasure in his arms. Around her neck was a new tag that just didn't have his information but Kassidi's too, she decided that she wanted part ownership of her too, which he didn't deny her.

"Make sure you are ready by six. We still need to meet your principal today." Fiona said while passing him with grocery bags in her hands as she went to set them down.

Carrying Kiki he followed her into the kitchen, "Don't worry Fi. I have been doing way better in school so they will be subdued, I haven't even started a fight in a month so they have nothing to say."

She nodded, "That is true. Which is why I gave you that gift earlier." she finished with a saucy smile at him while putting away the cereal.

No one was in there to hear that so he didn't have to worry about someone asking questions about it, "Well then I need to do more, hopefully by then I could get to feel the real thing rather then just looking at a picture." he said while winking at her.

She paused looking over at him before raising a brow, "So what should I expect tonight?"

He didn't miss how she skipped over what he implied but he let her, "Nothing much. They will probably talk about what I use to do, after that it should highlight all the good I have been doing so we are good. Hopefully it won't take to long, that is why I said Steve wasn't needed, plus don't need him showing up late."

She nodded, walking over she kissed him on the lips it was a quick peck before she pulled back, "Alright that is good. I am going to see V, when I come back it sure be time for us to go."

He froze a second and didn't even get a chance to say anything back as she walked away with a little laugh, he let out a chuckle himself before standing. He was going to feed Kiki then go and play a couple games of Madden before they needed to leave, at least he was making a little progress with her even if she saw it as harmless.
