Ch 13: The revelation

The royal chiefpriest sat on the mat he placed on the marble tiled floor and began his incantations. He placed a white cloth in front of him on the mat and placed some beads and magical stones on it. He did some spells and incantations and the magical stones shone some brighter colors.

"You sent for me, Your majesty," He said as he looked up to meet the royal family strong gaze on him.

"Yes, I did," Prince Maticus replied. "My sister has been missing from this palace and I have tried to visualize where she is but I couldn't see her, so I need you help to find out where she might be."

"Hmm..." The royal priest took out a white stone and did some incantation on it and the stone shone bright yellow color.

"She's fine your majesty, but she's not in Jalin. Her last memory in this kingdom was escaping from the palace where she disguised herself into a maid and passed the guards."

Prince Maticus hand clenched as he stared at the Royal chiefpriest whom sat on the mat.

"Your majesty, she left this palace entering a cab and left this kingdom, I cannot see where she went to after that has her powers has been locked," The royal chest priest said and Prince Maticus continue to stare at him in anger.

"Wouldn't she be found, if she left this kingdom that means we have to go to the other neighboring kingdoms to search for her," said Prince Maticus.

"I know my prince," The royal chiefpriest dropped the white stone back in the floor.

"But you should note that the other kingdoms doesn't acknowledge our people and are threat to our kind. They will kill her on arrival if she gets there, especially the likes of Kande kingdom," The Royal chiefpriest said.

"But we still need to search for our princess, she must be found!," Prince Maticus yelled and the royal physician began packing the beads.

"She will be found my prince, probably you search the Emanem kingdom or the Acan kingdom, sending words to their kings to help us in the search for our princess."

"Okay," Prince Maticus said.

As the royal physician picked up the white stone to place in his bag that he was using in packing the rest of the spiritual items he had used in searching for the missing princess, The white stone shone bright redder color again and Prince Maticus questioned him.

"What does that mean, isn't it the same stone you used in searching for Princess Tata Edwards now?."

"Yes your majesty, This is a revelation from the past as our ancestors are in search of peace and wanting peace throughout the whole kingdoms."

"What has that got to do with my sister?," Prince Maticus questioned the royal priest.

"It means a stronger being will be reborn through princess Tata to restore peace to all the Kingdoms and stop the killing of our people in the other kingdoms."

"A stronger being?!." The rest of the royal blooded families and relative sitting down in the large meeting room questioned as they stared at the chief priest.

"Yes a stronger being, one with all magical powers, to control life itself, will be reborn but not know." The royal chiefpriest stood up as he was thru and Queen Antonia said, "That means we must find Tata right away and get her married at once."

"I beg to take my leave now your majesty, or do you need me to do anything else?," questioned the chiefpriest.

"No that's all, thank you for coming," Prince Maticus replied.

"See you on the coronation day my prince." The royal chiefpriest turned and exited the meeting room, which was also the royal family living room. He left the palace and went back to his home outskirt the royal estate, as all related royal blooded families were still living in the estate closer to the palace, while the ordinary Jalin people that had only one or two powers were living on the mainland.

Prince Maticus sighed as other relatives started leaving the meeting hall as the meeting was over, they stood up and left one by one, leaving only the royal family in the meeting room. He stood up and left the meeting room while princess Latifa stayed back with her mother to gossip about the new found revelation as she was totally jealous of her sister.

"Mother why will Princess Tata be the one to give birth to the immortal god of our land?," She questioned her mother after Prince Maticus, Setus and the rest of the families left.

"Latifa you ask to many stupid questions. It how the gods wants it, do who are we to question their authority?," Queen Antonia replied.

"But mother, don't you think am the one who's supposed to give birth to the immortal chosen one."

"Latifa don't ask me about this again, we haven't even seen Tata yet and you are worried about the future, let's find your sister first so she can get married and give birth to the chosen one for us." Queen Antonia stood up and left the meeting hall as her mother already left as well.

Princess Latifa sighed and stood up as she was left alone in the meeting hall. She thought about the royal priest words for a while, then she sighed and went back to the women's quarters conjointly built with the meeting hall.

Prince Maticus was in his chamber upstairs and Setus came and stood behind him.

"What should we do now my prince?," Setus asked in a lowered voice as he stood with his head bent lowered.

"I don't know yet Setus, we need to find her and that's a must." Prince Maticus sighed and turned to face Setus.

"Write words to the other three kingdoms, inform them that we are searching for our princess and we need their help and assistance in searching for her."

"Okay my prince," Setus replied as he stood head bent lowered.

"Is that all my prince?," he asked not looking up to meet the prince gaze on him.

"Yes, you ask the guards to stop the search in our kingdom, we will send some guards to go to the other kingdoms and deliver the news to then with a reward prize. Anyone who found her and bring her back to us shall be rewarded."

"Okay my prince."

"You can leave!," Prince Maticus dismissed him and he left to carry out the Prince's ordered.

Prince Maticus sighed and went to stare out the window looking out at the view of the other mansions that was built in the Royal estate for other extended blood relatives, he sighed and left the window to return back to his study room as he need to search about the immortal being that will be reborn and how to get an image of his sister so their search would be successful.

He left his chamber and went up the stairs going up to the third floor and just then Princess Latifa came out from her chamber at the extended right and smiled at him. She was going downstairs and saw him as he came out of her chambers. She smiled knowing he has no other option than to crown her Queen whether he likes it or not. Prince Maticus eyes meet her gaze and saw her wicked smile. He shook his head going upstairs to the third floor and ignoring her. Princess Latifa went downstairs and went to the seamstress quarters to select a beautiful design for her Coronation day as she will be crowned queen and there was no hindrance to that. She smiled sweetly as she went to the seamstress room on the first floor, knocking on the door and as the door opened she went in and sat to pick a design on how she want her gown to be sewn.
