The battlefield was cleared as Lexar and his men alongside Iris marched to Bulgaria on their horses while some herdsmen rode Calix tied down in a cart to seek justice for both the people of Philadelphia and Bulgaria.

King Noan was soon made aware of the news and made his guards be on point in the castle, while he was escorted out of the castle by his most loyal men, Magnusius the royal gardener was ordered to stay on king Nolan's bed to fool Lexar and his men when they arrived at the castle.

It was already far deep into the night they rode fast on their horses on their way to Bulgaria, but later they approached a man who was riding fast on his cart which was powered by a little donkey.

Lexar got down from his horse and Iris also did the same, they approached the man and said where are you heading to buy the time of the night, I am going back to my family.

They parted ways with the man and went on the search for king Noan, as they rode through the night, they later found king Noan racing fast on his horse, as he was spotted.

Lexar's men surrounded him, leaving out no way to escape.

Lexar got down his horse and his father also did the same as well, so don't do this, am sure Calix is dead he was worthless anyways follow my footsteps and together we shall both conquer the royal empire "king Noan said".

Iris looked stunned as she heard his words, she thought about what sort of a was he.

Calix wasn't even dead and he was ready to make a negotiation with Lexar into making an empire, it was clear that Noan only cared about himself and no one else.

Lexar fell weak, which gave the king the chance to battle back, Noan picked up the sword and tackled his son again with the sword, he was now defenseless.

Lexar was about to get stabbed but instead, Calix had broken through the chains as he picked a dagger from a guard's pocket and he stabbed king Noan instead.
