Chapter 2 : Preparations
[A/N]: Hello people, Sorry for not putting this in the Synopsis though there's something important about how the plot is going to be, I've explained it in the Author's Note at the end of Chapter

"Are you going for Hiking with a group, Sir?"
The shop's receptionist asked as she was scanning the amount of food this guy was buying, Every Item here didn't require cooking, Just open it and start eating while it stays fresh for long time
"Yeah"
Lee just smiled at her while stuffing the scanned food items in the bags he brought with him, Lee felt bad about not warning anybody but it was a futile effort since nobody would believe him
Though he was leaving notes on the places he had visited in the last two days, He wrote a warning to start gathering food and weapons since a pandemic will be starting and you won't be able to get out of the house for a while
He didn't mention Zombie Apocalypse since that would be more unbelievable for them to take seriously, He just put that little effort to make himself feel better while also giving them a chance which they might take or would just die
Lee left the note around the counter while paying for the food and left the shop, He was preparing for the pandemic so he started buying the necessity
He have been buying food from every convenience store for the last 2 days, He at first didn't care about what type of food to buy since he had a way to keep it preserved
It was the gift he got after getting transmigrated in this world, A [System]
His System wasn't much explored yet by him but he went through the important things and one of them is his [Inventory]
This sub-space he had keeps things just the way they were before, If it's fresh food you're putting in their it will stay like that till the next time you get it out, That's what the description said at least
He bought all kinds of fruits he could find, He used the money of the joint account as well which belonged to both him and his Wife
He didn't need to ask her though since nobody will be needing that money anymore so he just took it, She wouldn't know for a while either since she is in Jail for a assault on the police officer, She was creating a drama in the reception but Lee didn't want to deal with it so he told the reception to deal with it and not to disturb him, They complied and tried to get her out but she wasn't in the mood to listen and tried to hit the security of the Hotel and it escalated which got cops involved in the situation
All while Lee was taking a Nap on the super comfy bed
He found out about her situation and felt bad since he could've avoided this situation by just talking with her, Though it had already happened and now he had to go to the Police Station, He didn't want to but he received a call from his parents who were in Macon, They found out about Ava getting arrested and wanted him to go there, They didn't believe when he told them how she was cheating on him but since she was in trouble they urged him to go there
He went there the next day and got her bailed out, He didn't stay there talking to her and just got out, She saw him leaving and understood that he wasn't going to listen
Maybe a night in the jail got her mind on the right track
She decided to let things to cool off and then talk to him, Lee though had different plans, He left straight for Macon to his parents, He didn't want to leave them in danger, The Apocalypse hasn't started but it started at the day when Lee got his sentence declared
Which means it happened at least a week after Lee kills the Senator, He had spend enough time buying stuff but now he needed
to go to his parents who died in the game, He still had time to get them to Atlanta and to get back with the main cast

Macon, Lee arrived in front of the shop which was owned by his parents, He was nervous at first since he knew the relation between was a little distant with them, He didn't know how to convince them either to go with him to Atlanta
Anyway, All he could do was try, If they wouldn't listen then leaving them would be the only choice, Having Main Characters around is the only way to survive with surety, Otherwise he would die in couple of days in Apocalypse
Surprisingly his lies started to work on his family when he brought up going to Atlanta, His Father was reluctant since they would be closing the shop for a while that way but they all understood that their Son, Lee needed his Family after what had happened with him
He felt grateful for this turn of events, He wasn't sure if he could actually leave them behind to die after sharing meal with them, He was most grateful to his Mother since she pushed the matter saying she needed rest and all
It was a reunion Lee and his Family needed and it was turning out quite well for him, The affection they had for Lee made him feel happy
Though it wasn't going to last for long which is why he made all the purchase he needed, He went to the Gun Shop which he had called on the first night from the Hotel, In his past life he bought guns for Self-Defence but they didn't give him one on the same day, He had to register and after a week the gun was available for him
However Lee already owned a gun, He had a Glock-19 with round capacity of 17 which wasn't standard, He liked that gun since he owned the same one but with Standard round capacity which was 15 rounds, Still guns and food is never going to be too much in this Apocalypse so he called to buy more guns
Since he was already a holder of firearm it didn't take too long for his little shopping, He bought a long neck semi-automatic rifle, and two more Glock-19 so he can avoid reloading in some situations
He knew he could take these guns from here on the first or second day of Apocalypse but getting here or in any shop would carry a risk, So it is better to carry a gun instead since money won't be important anymore, He also bought as many rounds as he could without showing much suspicion to the Shopkeeper
He left the shop and once entered the house put all the guns inside of his Inventory, His family was ready to leave for Macon where he had booked a Hotel room for their stay, He had at most 4 days till the Apocalypse starts, He was very nervous about this but was keeping his head cool, He already prepared himself mentally when those Angels made the Decision of sending him here
He wasn't prepared but he didn't have much of a choice either, He had to live this life and survive in it
"Alright, Get in the car"
He said to his family with a smile while taking the bag from his Mother's hand, He was trying not to get too close with them since the world of the Walking Dead is very cruel

[A/N]: Hi Guys, The MC here has played The Walked Dead game's season 1 in which Lee Everett dies, After that he didn't play any other game of the Walking Dead
He also never watched the Walking Dead series or read the Comics, So he doesn't know anything expect for the Story of Lee Everett
The Story is going to be slow-paced with things progressing slowly instead of the arcs flowing at high speed, As the story progress I will add a Auxiliary Chapter which would contain the information of the Characters involved in the Story
It has Harem as well, The Sstem will play a big part in the story and would provide many Abilities to Lee from here on
