A police car speeds down the road with its sirens blaring off.

A blue vehicle then speeds down the road, towards them. But the car then tries to turn, but as it turns quickly, the car then tilts, scraping across the side of the road and into a tree.

Rick then moves ahead, closer to the car, until one of the doors are kicked open, and a man jumps out with a handgun. Rick shouts "PUT YOUR HANDS U-".

Shane then walks over to Rick as the second man gets out of the car, and he goes to shoot Shane, but Shane then shoots the man in the head.

Whilst Rick and Shane talk, a third man then crawls out of the car holding a shotgun. The man then aims his gun at Rick, and he pulls the trigger, shooting through Rick's stomach.

Rick falls to the floor as Shane then shoots the man.

Rick then gasps for air as he wakes up in a hospital bed.

Moments later, Rick pushes open a fire exit, leading to outside.

Rick then lays his eyes upon body and body after body in the yard of the hospital.

Rick sits on the floor, but he then looks up as he sees a man growling at him and walking towards him.

Rick then takes a deep breath, waking up in a bed, but his hands are tied to the bedframe.

A man then enters the room.

The man says "I'm Morgan Jones, this is my son Duane, you?" Rick looks at him "I'm Rick, Rick Grimes, Officer Rick Grimes".

Morgan looks at Rick and says "hey man, do you even know what going on?" Rick looks at Duane and then back at Morgan "what do mean, what's going on?".

A police car drives down a highway into the city of Atlanta.

Hundreds of empty cars sit abandoned towards the exit of the city.

Rick sits in the police car as it enters the city, the city is empty and almost silent.

As Rick turns the steering wheel, he turns down a street, but he slams onto the breaks as he sees a horde of hundreds of the undead. Rick sits in the car staring in shock "no".

A door then opens and another man stands there, the other man then says "Jesus christ Glenn! Get in, quickly!". Glenn and Rick run inside, Glenn then says "thanks Allen". Allen nods at him.

As Rick steps out of the vehicle, he sees Andrea and Amy hugging Dale.

Rick and Glenn stand watching as Amy and Andrea open the door to the outside, Allen holds a crowbar and he swings the crowbar into one of the walker's heads, splitting it open.

Rick, Lori, Shane, Glenn, Andrea, Amy, Allen, Jim, and Ed stand together near the RV.
