Ren chuckled. "Touché. I can't refute that," he replied.

Fang smiled and watched silently as Ren worked his way around the kitchen.

"Why did you suddenly contact Wade today?" he asked Ren after some time.

"Do you mind?" Ren asked directly.

Fang shook his head first, and then nodded. "I know that I'm being very petty, but… I can't help it, Ren. I always get this weird feeling that he will take you away from me…" he confessed in a small voice. "I'm sorry."
