Treaty of Alsa Archipelago

"Another speculation, Mr. Luke. I expect more from you." Professor Lana turned her head around and no one notice that her eyes were squinted as she still keep her usual stern voice.

"Today we are going to learn about the first treaty of the new world, the treaty of Alsa archipelago. Please turn your gadget on and open the learning portal, the treaty will be on page 121 of the history book."

Hearing that, Luke turned to the student who was sitting on his right and it turned out to be Alex.

Noticing Luke's gaze, Alex turned his head and winked at Luke before continuing to look at the photos of Alsa archipelago where the authorities from the six ruling entity gathered.

"The group of islands you see in the picture is named Alsa archipelago where the six leaders of the world gathered and ,together, they signed the Treaty of Alsa Archipelago.

The treaty stated that no free man shall be seized, imprisoned, dispossessed, outlawed, exiled or ruined in any way, nor in any way proceeded against, except by the lawful judgement of his peers and the law of the land.

This sentence marked the initial establishment of judiciary system across the entities.

They also vowed to excavate, develop and distribute all of the remnants technology that would benefit the humankind and to co-operate with each other to dispel all of the radioactive fallout that were still present across the lands and seas.

An organization was established specifically for this task and as expected, no one volunteered.

Fortunately, in every society there will always be a stain.

They drafted all the rapists, murderers and scums of the societies for the sake of this tasks.

The organization is still running with all those people as of now.

They called this process of scouting and removing radioactivity as scourging and the mortality rate just went up to 70 percent this year from 55 percent last year, to which most of that number came from radioactive fallouts.

The sound of gadgets rang across the room at the moment Professor Lana finished her sentence.

"Arghhhhh, Kill me. Kill me. Please, I beg you"

"No, No, No, No, Arggggghhh"

The media was shared across the room where there was a man on a hospital bed screaming his heart out with excruciating pain.

Luke watched the media with an unsightly expression. It showed the same man screaming while his limbs were falling off of his body.

It's actually not falling off but dissolving.

It was like his muscles were boiled overnight making it so tender that it fell off at the slightest touch.

His bones just broke off along with the flowing-down muscles and these all happened while the man was still alive.

His eyes didn't seem to have any light in them yet it was moving left and right, so he must have turned blind but they flinch due to the pain.

His teeth were falling off whenever he screamed and sometimes it fell into his mouth where he would coughed them out periodically.

A student sitting near the class door suddenly vomited after watching the video.

Luke almost throw up as well but luckily he manage to stop the urge in time while looking to his right subconsciously.

There, he saw Alex who was watching the scene with a calm and interested gaze while grinning.

This scene stood out from the whole class where all of the students were terrified and disgusted.

However, nobody saw Alex except him.

Feeling that someone was staring at him, Alex turned to Luke and gave him another wink and then turned his head to watched the scene again but this time the difference was Alex's facial expressions showed that he was absolutely terrified which stunned Luke that sat there.

"I don't know who sent it to the whole class, it was not a very nice thing to do. However, it was the real experience that people exposed with extreme dosage of radioactivity would face.

So, please avoid going near the fallout at all cost." Professor Lana sighed.

"Now we will take a short break for 10 minutes. Mr. Nolan, please go watch your face else the smell might disturb the class." Finished with the sentence, Professor Lana walked out of the classroom.

"It was really disturbing isn't it. you should see my face bro, I almost threw up and shamed by that old Lana like that poor guy Nolan" Seeing Professor Lana walked out, Mikel started to talk with Luke.

"Luke?" Mikel called out again, seeing his friend's unusual expression while staring at Alex.

Luke came back to his sense and turned back to the gadget.

"Why were you staring at Alex like that? What did that guy do?" Mikel asked, curious.

Seeing that Alex turned his head back to him again, Luke stare at Alex's eyes that were filled with interested glint and replied,

"Nothing."
