What happens when the summer heat had eroded your brain and you suddenly think, 'Huh, Aquaman talking to fish was great super power.'
Mistakes were made.
Being a girl so often, Akira by now had stopped caring which servants to pick and choose one that he thought would've been great in the moment.
He even forgot that he could probably turn to a guy.
When he saw Jeanne the Arc in her swimsuit and her water powers his mind automatically chose it.
And now he was testing what it could do besides talking to aquatic mammals....
"So Akira, what can you do now!" Says Toru as she stands to the side looking at Akira.
Both of them being ten now, they only grew closer, and getting a new form, of course she was the first to know.
Under the summer heat, he was wearing an unzipped jacket, a shirt, and shorts.
Why was he wearing a jacket? It helped hide his modesty when he turned to a girl and he didn't feel like crossing the line and wearing bras yet.
Strangely not sweating, Akira only shrugged his shoulders and said, "Let's find out."
Raising his arms out, he manipulated the air around him immediately created a stream of water.
Holy shit, he was water bending... kind of.
In short, this version of Jaunne allowed him to use his mana to and turn it into water.
How much? A lot was only answer he could come up with.
Basically creating a floating stream, Toru on the side says, "Wow. You have a water quirk this time!"
Normal water quirks, while more common, usually didn't have many that were powerful enough to use in combat.
Akira's water powers were beyond even those.
If he wanted to, Akira knew that this water could probably cut through steel.
Toru all the while just put her hand right in the mini river without a care in the world. "It's cool too!"
It easy to say what came next.
The excited Toru sooner than not dragged Kyo into his house to change into swimsuits as they both began to play with the cool water in the summer breeze. (You wanna know what he changed into? I would like to know that too!)
