Chapter 4

The faces of the two figures became distorted, feeling Fenrir's aura.

"What the hell do you think you're doing boy?!" The vampire yelled glaring at Fenrir.

"Fool!" Fenrir cursed, staring at the vampire.

"I'll forgive you if you leave right away or else you wouldn't know how you died!" The vampire said in a panicked voice.

The aura coming from Fenrir was one he never felt before. Even without fighting, he knew Fenrir was stronger than him and would be able to kill him easily.

"I'll make sure to reward you and the elders of our clan for it!" The female figure in the grip of the vampire managed to say.

"And who said I was going to save you?!" Fenrir smiled, staring at the girl.

At that moment, the faces of the two became, even more, darker as they had no idea of what Fenrir was planning.

"You both might as well go to hell!" Fenrir smirked and the aura surrounding him vanished.

"What the hell are you?!" The vampire cried in a panicked voice staring at Fenrir whose aura had suddenly vanished.

"You'll know when you meet Hades!" Fenrir smirked and disappeared.

Immediately, the vampire released the girl in his grip and looked around warily.

He couldn't see where Fenrir had gone as he was too fast for him to see.

"Argh..." A cry of pain came from the girl standing next to me at the moment.

Immediately, the vampire turned to look at the girl only to see Fenrir in front of the girl.

His hand was in her chest and the girl was covered in blood. The girl was bleeding from her mouth as she stared at Fenrir's wide eyes open.

She couldn't believe what was happening. The person she had expected would save her had been the cause of her death.

But she didn't seem to know him from anywhere, why did he kill her?

Was he trying to ignite another war between the clans?

Fenrir on the other hand had a smile on his face as he stared at the shocked expression on the girl's face.

"Greet Hades for me, will ya?!" He smirked, removing his hands from her chest along with her heart.

Immediately, the girl fell to the floor lifeless with a hole in her chest and her heart missing.

Fenrir looked at the heart in his hands which was still beating and then squished it making blood splatter everywhere.

"Die!!" A yell came as a claw appeared right in front of his chest threatening to dig into it.

A cold smile on Fenrir's lips as he blocked the claw by defecting it just by an inch.

"It seems like you're also ready to die." He smirked and his aura changed to that of a demonic one.

The vampire which had just attacked Fenrir felt regret when Fenrir deflected his claw swipe, he had thought he would be able to take him by surprise.

But then he didn't expect Fenrir to be able to deflect the claw.

He had to run, there was no way he could fight Fenrir head-on.

"Trying to run!!" Fenrir smirked, appearing before the vampire.

Before the vampire could move, Fenrir sent him flying with an uppercut.

Before he could land, he was behind him raining kicks and punches on him.

In no time, the vampire was in a sorry state and couldn't move a bone.

"Time to die!" Fenrir muttered and moved toward the vampire.

As he moved, the demonic aura surrounding him intensified and the wind blew revealing his left eye.

At this moment, his left eye was red which would send fear into the soul of anyone who stared at it.

Getting to the vampire, Fenrir held him and ripped off his head brutally, and threw the body and head to different places.

Immediately, the demonic aura surrounding him vanished and his red eyes went back to normal.

"Weak!"

Fenrir muttered looking at the bodies on the floor.

He walked slowly toward the body of the vampire and carefully wiped away the blood in his hands.

His white robe was spotless and only his hands had some stains of blood.

Well, he was going to wash it away before he went home.

Looking around, he made sure to clean all traces before leaving.

He was certain even a witch wouldn't be able to tell he was the one who was the cause of the two lifeless bodies lying on the floor.

Well, it was time to go home, he couldn't stay at the damn school anymore.

----

In no time, it was nighttime, Fenrir sighed as he walked out of his room to the dining.

Earlier when he came back from school, his parents were not at the cottage, so he went to his room and fell asleep.

If not for his mother coming to wake him up for dinner, he was afraid he might not wake up till the next morning.

"Fenrir, who was school today?!" Fenrir's mother, Ana, smiled while putting a large chunk of meat into Fenrir's plate.

The dinner was quite simple as the family were not rich but were content with what they had.

Fenrir couldn't help but sigh when he saw the enthusiastic look on his parent's faces.

"Hope you made some friends?" Fenrir's dad, Luke, smiled.

Fenrir had no choice but to shake his head at his father's question. There was no way he was going to make friends, not with his personality.

Fenrir's parents couldn't help but sigh when they heard his reply. They knew it wouldn't be easy for their son to make friends.

He had been quiet mostly ever since they found him in the ruins twelve years ago during the great war while escaping.

They could remember his cries and laments when they were about to take him away from his deceased family.

Even though he was only seven at that time, they knew it was a painful experience he would never forget.

A seven-year-old boy had witnessed his family getting slaughtered and he barely escaped himself.

Another reason they adopted him was that he was a Werewolf just like them so it wouldn't hurt to take care of him.

They could still remember his screams any time he slept, it got to a point that the boy was afraid to sleep in fear of seeing his dead family members asking him to take revenge.

Because of some series of other revolving actions, he gradually became introverted and would only talk to them.

He was extremely silent whenever he was outside and didn't relate quite well with others except them.

"Mum, Dad..." Fenrir's voice came at that moment bringing the couple out of their thoughts, "Don't worry, I'll surely make friends."

The couple looked at Fenrir as he smiled reassuringly. They could only nod at his words with a smile.

They knew he was just trying to comfort them. With their son's attitude, it would be quite difficult for him to make friends.

It would be even more difficult for him to search for his mate. They could only hope that he was going to meet his mate on a fateful encounter.

Maybe after that, he was going to change. They couldn't bear to continue watching him the way he was.

"Mum, Dad, stop thinking about it, the moon goddess would make it possible for me!" Fenrir smiled as he put food into his parent's place,

"You need to eat more because of your health, you both are not young anymore."

The couple smiled and began to eat, not minding what Fenrir said. Even though he had reassured them that he was going to make some friends, they didn't believe him.

They could only hope the moon goddess took care of him as he was their only son.

They didn't want anything to happen to him. They could do anything to satisfy him.

Even though they had spoiled him ever since they adopted him, he didn't behave like a spoiled brat.

Instead, he acted calmly for someone of his age.

They knew how much he hated the four clans and that the only thing he wanted was revenge.

They could only hope that one day, he was going to let go of his hatred, or else it was going to be disastrous.

They knew he was a cold-blooded killer and would kill anyone who stood in their way or his way.

Even though they didn't know the source of his powers, they didn't ask him about it.

There were many times when he would come home with grievous injuries.

Even though it might seem as if he hid it from them, they knew and would secretly help him nurse his injuries.

They knew he couldn't let go of his hatred and could only hope he was going to have a fateful encounter that would help him.

One thing they were sure of was that he was never going to go aboard which was why they never asked him.

Soon, the family finished dinner. Fenrir packed up the plate and retired back to his room.

He could still remember his parent's loving gaze when they were eating dinner.

He knew they wanted the best for him, but then he couldn't help it. His hatred for the clans was so enormous that he couldn't let it go.

After a while, Fenrir was sure his parents would have gone to bed and changed into a black robe, and disappeared into the pitch-dark night through the windows.
