Iris pov

The following morning Murtagh and Myself go visit Calum.

"Iris I understand why you want Alasdair back. You have to understand that well he is Jamie's son. You and Murtagh could have more children no doubt in my mind. I will dispatch dome men to talk to Jamie see if something can't be worked out. I'm sorry lass that's the best I can do." He said dismissing us but Murtagh spoke up. "That's the best you can do?! Calum the English pig did what her parents did to my wife. Stole her from the cradle. My wife said that wee Alasdair is still nursing. He needs her milk to survive." Calum looked shocked before giving me a questioning look. "It's true the boy needs me." I said holding out hope that I got threw to him. "Lass I didn't know you were stolen from your parents. This is unforgettable but in the end it is still up to Jamie for he is the father. I am sorry now I have business to attend to." Calum said dismissing us I later get word that Jamie refused to hand Alasdair over to me. I started to cry only to be pulled into an embrace. "Its ok Lass we can have children. You will never forget wee Alasdair and he will never forget you. You are a wonderful mother and I hate seeing your face full of tears." Murtagh said before kissing me.

A few months pass and we get word that Jamie was running north to avoid capture. Murtagh looks at me before saying to get ready. We take go off on horse back we find Jenni and my whore or a sister. They were arguing about killing the man. I take Murtagh knife and slit the guys throat. "Leave no trace English Pig." I said Glaring at Clair who was shocked. "but all that aside we need to find Jamie. I may want him to rot in a cell but Alasdair is mor important. So let's try and find the bastard before the other English pigs." I said cleaning the knife on her dress. "I doubt he would want to be saved by you." She said before Murtagh jumped in. "You shouldn't be talkin now Jinni go back to your children Iris, Clair and I will take things from here." Jinni nods hugging me "bring him home." She said before riding off. We road off to the north knowing the English haven't made it up there yet. "So how is married life for you?" Clair tried making small talk. "Fine so far." I said not wanting to be rude. we make it to a small village and Murtagh made the suggestion of singing a song. It would be one Jamie will know because Dougal sang it to him. He then told me to tell fortunes in pubs so we can get information. "Lets go save a Scott." I said bitter.
