Traverse Town

A month passed since both John and Nesiara gained Alpha and Omega. They made accommodations for Kalina and Mary to stay with them in the warehouse since it was big enough while John also made an Armory in which all the weapons he bought were inside.

Mary was looking through them when she finds Ebony and Ivory as well as Kalina Ann hanging from the wall. She in the end picked the Akjagara Prime as her pistols since she wouldn't separate from her launcher even if it kills her.

And with her training with Chakra that shouldn't be a problem as she could use already the substitution jutsu which made many demonic enemies feel despair if Nora didn't install enough in them already.

Sparda was back and John opened him a portal into the Demon World leaving him where he started his journey to find Sparda since then nothing big happened apart from some demon here and there appearing around the world making work not run out thanks to Morrison handing them more contracts than expected making John and Nesiara think that Dante just didn't have the sense to manage money.

But then again Lady and Trish usually buy clothes on his neck instead of paying for it themselves. Well, at least not in this world thought the couple with Nora having an intimate relationship with Mary.

Kalina found out the hard way when she once returned with Nesiara from shopping for groceries. She found them half-naked laying on the couch kissing each other.

She wasn't disappointed but wasn't happy either since Mary is her only daughter. It took some of John's magic which he used on Nesiara to convince Kalina as well in which he succeeded after some time passed. Now Nesiara and John were waiting for the day Trish attacks Dante in his own place.

It was their free day in months and they were playing cards after a week of hunting Demons. They were having fun telling jokes to each other or sharing some funny stories.

"Trish won't attack until some years pass," says Nesiara as John nods.

"Most likely. But we need to be patient," says John as he checks passing his turn to Nora.

"Who is Trish?" asks Mary as she goes by her original name again.

"She is a Demon Assassin that will go after Dante," says Nora as she raises the bet by placing two cookies into the pot.

"It seems someone is confident," says Nesiara as she calls placing two cookies into the pot as well.

"And we shouldn't warn Dante?" asks Mary as she calls as well followed by Kalina.

"No, she will be an ally after Mundus is dead. She is being used as a toy by him to lure Dante to him. You will see once it happens," says John as he called as well before Kalina placed a card from the deck to the side and placed three cards up showing a King of Spade, Queen of Spade, and the Ten of Spade.

They all could trust Kalina not to manipulate the cards since she is quite righteous and doesn't have powers. She even canned a demon to death by accident without any powers because she wanted to protect Mary who was sleeping.

"We got quite the flop," says John checking again.

"I'm out," says Nora folding her hand.

"Strange, didn't you have a good hand for you to bet two cookies?" asks Nesiara as Nora lifts her shoulder while sighing.

"I can't do much with such a flop. I better eat my cookies myself before gifting them to someone else," says Nora as she leaned against her chair.

"Well, I will go all in," says Nesiara as she pushed all her cookies into the pot.

"I'm out," say Mary and Kalina as they fold their hands as well making Nesiara smile thinking she has won.

"Now someone is quite sure of her victory," says John with a smile as he pushes all of his cookies inside as well while saying, "We will unfold once all cards are revealed."

"Of course, I wouldn't want it another way," says Nesiara as Kalina revealed the next card making a Nine of Hearts appear as the Turn.

Then Kalina wanted to show the River when Nesiara and John were slowly being engulfed by Darkness making John say, "It seems Jack and Logan have something for us to do. How about we finish this round."

Kalina revealed the card showing the King of Heart making Nesiara feel overconfident as she reveals the last two Kings in her hand and says, "Four of a Kind. I win."

John smiles as he looked at his card and says, "You are right you win."

Then they disappear while John left his card unrevealed and Mary asks, "What do you think does your father has on his hand?"

"Let's find out," says Nora as she revealed the Ace and Jack of Spade making John have a Royal Straight Flush on his side which made him win.

"Why did he say he lost?" asks Mary confused when Kalina sees how innocent Mary was when it comes to this.

"It's because he didn't want to break Nesiara's mood. Do you know how hard it is to get a Four of a Kind? He wanted her to win," says Kalina informing her daughter about it.

"That seems to be my father," says Nora agreeing with Kalina as John would lose on purpose if he wants to not destroy Nesiara's mood.

"Where do you think they are now?" asks Kalina as Nora lifts her shoulder.

"I don't know. I will have to ask someone for that and I really don't want to since they can take care of their situation," says Nora knowing that she doesn't have to worry about them.

"Let's just hope they are alright," says Kalina worrying for all three together.

In the meantime, the couple appeared in an unfamiliar world. They look around finding themselves in a plaza with the night sky over them.

"The night sky is quite beautiful," says Nesiara seeing the stars as John looks up and tries to puzzle in his mind where they are.

"Well, we for sure aren't on a world we know about. Maybe we should ask around to find out where we are," says John looking around as he sees many people but they all seemed scared of something or lost.

"I think we are in a world in which something bad happened for the adults to be this scared while the young ones seem lost," says Nesiara as she feels like someone is watching them.

Nesiara wasn't the only one feeling that as John looked at a roof seeing a man in a black coat who disappears in Darkness when he saw John noticed him.

"We should find someone who is calm and collected. He should be able to answer our question," says John as Nesiara nods before they walk the stairs up that were in front of them.

They stood in front of the shop and Nesiara smiles at John while saying, "The calmest person should be the shop owner after all."

Suddenly a cartoonish yellow dog passed them entering the alley beside the shop making John open his eyes wide because he recognized the dog from his childhood.

"Pluto," says John as Nesiara looked at him confused.

"Pluto, like the planet that isn't a planet any longer?" asks Nesiara as John nods.

"Yes, but he shouldn't be here," says John as he looked around to see if he could see something related to Disney but nothing was.

"Are you sure you saw him right? It could be just a normal dog in this world," says Nesiara as John didn't believe that.

"Maybe we should talk to the person inside the shop," says John as he thought that it would bring them more clarity about their situation.

They entered the shop and the next surprise hit them as behind the counter was a man they know the only difference between both was that he had a toothpick in his mouth instead of a cigarette.

"Welcome to Trav-," says the man when he gets interrupted by Nesiara.

"Cid, what are you doing here and where are Shera and Zack?" asks Nesiara as it was Cid who was behind the counter.

"Zack? Shera? Who are those people?" asks Cid not knowing who Nesiara was talking about.

"Come on, Cid. Why are you here? Did you find this planet after helping the other planet?" asks John as Cid was confused.

"Who are you, people? I have never seen you before but you talk to me as if you know me," says Cid when in John's mind it made a click and he now knew where he was.

"Fuck," says John now knowing where they were.

As a child, he played this game before, making him angry that he didn't realize it earlier where they are as he turns to Nesiara and whispers, "We are in the Kingdom Hearts Universe."

"Kingdom Hearts," whispers Nesiara back as she closed her eyes to think for a moment when she opens her eyes.

"Isn't that the Universe in which a boy travels from World to World like we do to save the Universe from falling into Darkness," says Nesiara as John nods.

"But the most confusing thing is that many of our friends and enemies live in this Universe as well," says John hinting at Cid.

"That would explain why he didn't know the others and didn't recognize us but the question is where are we?" asks Nesiara as John smiles.

"We are at the beginning in Traverse Town. It is a haven for people that lost their world. This is where his adventure to save his friends began," says John as he turned around and a boy with spiky brown hair and blue eyes entered the shop he seemed lost.

John goes to the side letting him enter the shop while keeping his eyes on the boy. Nesiara sees that and was confused.

"Who is that boy?" asks Nesiara as she didn't know the cast of this world.

"This is the protagonist, Sora," says John as Nesiara couldn't believe that this boy would be sent to fight for all the worlds.

"What are the adults of this Universe doing by sending a little boy into such a battle," says Nesiara angry as John calms her down by placing his hand on her shoulder.

"But he isn't alone when he fights he has two adults by his side. He just hasn't found them yet," says John as he leaves the shop with Nesiara without being noticed.

"Than the man in black," says Nesiara as John answers.

"Organization XIII most likely. But we can't say for sure since the Master of Masters used a Black Coat as well," says John making it difficult to pin down if he was a normal person or a Nobody.

"So what do we do now?" asks Nesiara as she sees John walk towards the alley.

"We are going to see the Aerith of this Universe," says John as they arrived at a dead end.

John looks at the ground and finds a Trinity mark on the ground. He then rushes against the wooden wall breaking a small part of it making a way open for them.

"Well, it seems we are now breaking things," says Nesiara jokingly as John turns to her.

"Are you coming or should I leave you behind," says John when suddenly black shadows appear out of the ground.

"It seems we have a little fight before us," says John as Omega appears in his hand.

"Just make it fast," says Nesiara as John pointed Omega at them before lightning left the sword striking the shadows all down.
