The Plate Falling

The plate looked like it was falling quite slowly while Nesiara brought the wounded and people that can't evacuate away while John was holding the plate in the air.

Nora and Aerith hear a little girl cry for her father and mother. Nora looks at Aerith and says, "We still have to get Marlene. Go I will see if I can still bring other people here."

"Yes," says Aerith as she looked around when Marle looks at her.

"You don't know where you must go right?" asks Marle as Aerith nods and Marle continues, "Follow that path. You can't miss the building you are looking for."

Aerith leaves to get Marlene while Nora returned with the girl that was crying and tells her, "Everything will be alright."

Nora hands her over to Marle and says, "Can you take her and bring her to a safe place."

"Yes," says Marle as she takes the girl.

"You should also leave," says Nora as she looks up seeing her father when suddenly some small pieces of the plate began to fall as she throws some ki balls at them making them smaller and less harmful.

"Normally he can hold it forever why is he letting it fall?" asks Nora herself as Nesiara appears beside Nora.

"What have I told you before?" asks Nesiara as Nora turns around.

"What do you mean?" asks Nora as Nesiara points at John.

"What have I told you about your father before," asks Nesiara again.

"That he plays by the book letting everything happen as it should," says Nora as she looked up and asks, "Why not let the plate intact then. It would help Avalanche get a better image."

"Do you think so. I can tell you they wouldn't. Shinra owns everything. The news would be that Avalanche was pushed back and Shinra saved the days. Also, don't forget the real enemy," says Nesiara as she thought Nora forgot that Shinra wasn't the real enemy.

"So we just watch as the people die here," says Nora angry as Nesiara smiled at her making Nora say, "Why are you smiling, mom?"

Suddenly two Shinra Helicopters were flying over their head as Nesiara says, "Haven't you notice that almost no one is on the street any longer. The same happened on the plate."

"You mean that," says Nora when Nesiara nods.

"Yes, everyone is safe and sound. I teleported everyone away that wasn't able to evacuate. The only ones staying were the people that would survive it," says Nesiara with confidence as she looks after the Helicopter.

"You mean that everyone is alright," says Nora when Nesiara nods and she sighs in relief.

"You haven't noticed anything strange?" asks Nesiara as Nora shook her head and Nesiara says, "Where is Aerith?"

"She is," says Nora realizing that Aerith was taking to long before staring in the direction her mother was looking to see the Helicopters fly towards the slums of Sector 5.

"No," says Nora realizing that Aerith was on one of the Helicopters. She wanted to fly but Nesiara grabbed her leg when Nora asks, "What are you doing?"

"What we need to do. Stay calm we will get her back. Shinra won't do anything to her since they need her alive," says Nesiara as she was holding herself back as well.

"If she really would be in danger I would have been already on that Helicopter and brought her back, so calm down," says Nesiara as Nora was back on the ground.

"We should look for the others before anything else," says Nesiara as she then looked towards the pillar.

"Kieron should survive it," says Nora as Nesiara shakes her hand.

"I'm not worried about Kieron but the other three," says Nesiara as the Pillar was falling and John let go of the plate as everything crashed down towards the empty slum.

At the same time Nesiara and Nora were talking, Kieron was flying up finding Cloud, Tifa, and the black man pretty wounded up as he reaches them and says, "We need to leave everything is falling apart."

"It is," says a voice to the four as they looked up and see a man holding the plate when the man says, "Kieron get the three down from her before the pillar breaks and kills them. I will hold the plate until everyone is evacuated."

"Yes," says Kieron as he clones himself and picks the three up.

"What is that man doing. It will crush him," says Tifa as Kieron suddenly smiles with Cloud.

"Don't worry it needs more than an old piece of metal to kill my old man," says Kieron as he picked all three and begins to fly towards the wall separating Sector 6 and 7.

"How the hell are we flying," says the black man afraid of the height as he looked down.

"Barret calm down we will explain it later," says Tifa when Barret suddenly turns towards the slums.

"What about Marlene?" asks Barret as he looked at Tifa instead of looking down.

"She should be alright. My sisters and Aerith should be watching over her at the moment," says Kieron as Barret looked at him.

"I wasn't talking to yo-," says Barret when he feels that Kieron was slowly releasing him. He clings himself onto Kieron fearing Kieron would let him fall when he says, "I'm sorry."

"You really make fast friends," says Cloud mocking Barret as Barret gave him a stare.

"Now let's all be friends. We all lost to the two Turks," says Tifa as she was trying to calm them down.

"You lost to the Turks. Don't tell me you lost to that redhead I buried in the Church," says Kieron as Cloud nods.

"The same but he had a friend with him this time," says Cloud as Tifa and Barret looked at Kieron when Cloud continues, "Kieron fought the redhead Turk in the church I woke up after the fall from the plate."

"So he found you," says Tifa as Kieron laughs.

"Found. I almost broke all his bones if not for Nora and Aerith stopping me. From where I come from you three were behind bars if not dead by now, that's how bad you work," says Kieron as they arrived at the wall.

He begins to slow down and sees Yui taking care of the people that are wounded by the explosions or gunshots that ricocheted or misfire from the fight between Shinra and Avalanche.

They landed beside her and Kieron asks, "Have you seen a girl with brown hair with a red bandana?"

"Yes, I treated Jessie. She was almost healed when she arrived out of nowhere. It must be mother doing," says Yui as she was taking a bullet out of the guts of a man before closing it again.

"How do you know?" asks Kieron when Yui smiles.

"Do you know everyone else that could teleport all the people out of the slums and make them appear here," says Yui as Kieron scratches his head.

"I had a suspicion about it since Jessie disappeared when I was treating her," says Kieron as both, Tifa and Barret, were confused by what they were talking about.

"What are they talking about?" asks Barret when Tifa just lifts her shoulder making to know that she had no idea.

"Their parents, John and Nesiara, arent normal people. You have seen John lift the plate and still talk to us without gasping for air. That means that the plate does weight nothing to him," says Cloud as Barret and Tifa realize that right now.

John was speaking as if it was nothing to carry this much weight with his body when Tifa asks, "How strong is John?"

"My father is strong let's just say he and my mother killed a god together," says Kieron as all three were stunned by that sentence when Yui laughs.

"Well it was a fake god and my father was heavily wounded but they won," says Yui telling the truth about what happened but they were still stunned by it because it was a god be it fake or not.

"In what have I dragged myself in," says Cloud when suddenly a voice from behind them make them all become stiff again.

"On a journey to stop the person you hate the most. You will find friends on the way and you will find out that what you are seeking you already have by the end of the journey," says Nesiara as she walked towards them with Nora.

Kieron looks at them and sees that Aerith wasn't with them but the daughter of Barret was neither as he says, "Is Aerith looking after the girl."

Nora looked away from them making Kieron, as well as Yui, look serious at their mother when Nesiara says, "They are both fine but we should hurry before the slums of Sector 7 become a breeding ground for some creatures that lived under it for a long time now."

"Where is she?" asks Kieron as he had a bad feeling when they see the plate falling from the sky.

"She is a captive of Shinra right now," says Nesiara as Kieron looked at Nora and wanted to walk over to her when Nesiara puts her hand on Kieron and says, "Nora wanted to help but I stopped her. She is fine and we need to-"

Suddenly a giant explosion was heard nearby as some creature landed in front of them. It wasn't moving as if it was killed by the explosion as Nesiara says, "We should return home. It seems your father took care of the Underground Shinra Laboratory."

"What was that?" asks Tifa looking at the thing that landed in front of her.

"That is a failed experiment of Shinra that could have been a human that was experimented on before the SOLDIERS were created," says Nesiara not knowing the origin of the Unknown Entity.

Cloud suddenly wanted to puke thinking that he could have become like that thing in front of him when Nesiara burns it away.

"We should return home let your father deal with the lab. He will return shortly after finishing everything," says Nesiara as she walked in front of them.

"So you are strong right?" asks Barret as Nesiara nods still looking forward when Barret asks, "Then why do you not fight Shinra to save the planet."

"Because Shinra isn't the real enemy. They might be one but not the real one. You will soon see it," says Nesiara not looking back as the group followed.

"Then who is the enemy?" asks Barret angry when suddenly the tip of a spear was on his throat.

"He is in the very Lifestream you want to protect. You might call him the first SOLDIER," says Nesiara as it was Queen that was on Barret's neck.

"Sephiroth," says Cloud as Nesiara nods.

"He wants to destroy the planet like Jenova before him," says Nesiara as she put the spear away seeing that Barret had both arms up.

"Shinra is killing the planet slowly while Sephiroth wants to do it quite fast by absorbing the whole Lifestream to become a god," says Nesiara explaining it to them making them feel a little helpless when another voice appears behind them with a shadow that was overshadowing everyone of them.

"That doesn't mean that you can't win against him. That's why we are here to help you get stronger and fight against the said enemy," says John as he was done with the lab. Barret and Tifa were quite surprised to see John towering over them higher than Kieron and Yui.

"But let's keep talking when we arrived at our house," says Nesiara as both just nod without thinking making Cloud hide his smile since he also had the same face when he first met John while they continue walking to the house.
