Ki Training

They arrived at the coast near Costa del Sol as they jumped from Isobe's back landing on land when Isobe says, "I will be leaving then. I wish you all luck on your journey."

"Thank you," says everyone as they waved their hands at Isobe who then turns into a giant smoke cloud leaving them behind.

"Well let's go into the city and rest for the next few days," says Nesiara as she led the group.

They arrived at the city that was silent because it was late into the night when they found their way into the inn and rented rooms for everyone. They slept in the rooms as they did in Kalm. The next day John and Nesiara let them play around the city as they stayed behind.

"So we have two of the four already," says John as Nesiara nods.

"Yes, the other two should be one near Junon in a submarine and the other on Mt.Corel in the Reactor," says Nesiara as she was quite sure about that.

"Well, we could get the one in the Ocean if I make a fast trip alone there while you go to North Corel with the others," says John as they walked through the city of Costa del Sol when they arrived at a mansion that had a person standing outside with a shield saying 'To Sell'.

"Isn't this?" asks John seeing it while Nesiara nods.

"It must be the Shinra Mansion in Costa del Sol. Should we buy it," says Nesiara knowing that they could effort it.

"And who will live in it. We are moving the whole time and our house is in Alfheim," says John as he saw the house there as their actual home.

"What about the children. You know that Aerith and Kieron seem quite close to each other. They will need a place to stay in the near future," says Nesiara as John sighs.

"Yes, but their place will be near a field of flowers and not here," says John not seeing Aerith and Kieron in this mansion.

"Maybe another one of our children then," says Nesiara as she had her eyes on that mansion.

"Fine," says John as Nesiara took his arm and both rushed to the man who was selling the Mansion when John remembers something and says, "Doesn't someone live inside the Mansion even after buying it."

"Now that you say that," says Nesiara as her eyes turned smaller and she says, "We could make him disappear."

"You really want that mansion that much alright then," says John as they bought the Shinra Villa before making the person in it disappear.

"The Mansion isn't that bad to tell the truth about it but still it isn't something I would live in," says John as he looked at the decorations.

"You will love them once you hold your grandson or granddaughter in your hands," says Logan/Alfred remembering how Logan used to hold his grandchildren forgetting that he hated said house because it was too vintage for him.

"It's been long since we heard from you," says John as Logan/Alfred smiles.

"I had things to do like getting this," says Logan/Alfred holding a Huge Materia.

"Where did you get that?" asks Nesiara as she took it from Logan/Alfred's hands.

"I got it out of a submarine that was near Junon. It's the one John wanted to get but I thought it would be better for the group to stay together," says Logan/Alfred as he then hits his fist into his palm.

"Right, I came here because of something else. There is a person I want you to recruit. He lives in Gongaga right now," says Logan/Alfred as both looked at him confused since they didn't know who it could be.

They knew that Cait Sith was in Gold Saucer, Vincent in Nibelheim and Cid was in Rocket Town making the group whole.

"Who is the person you want us to recruit?" asks Nesiara skeptical about it.

"A former SOLDIER and first love of Aerith, Zack Fair," says Logan/Alfred with a smile on his face while the other two didn't have that smile any longer.

"How did Zack survive?" asks John as Logan/Alfred smiles and wanted to answer when Jack appears to stop him.

"Don't spoil the fun, brother," says Jack as he looked at both and says, "How he survived is a mystery that you can find out quite fast by asking him. Just be warned that not everything that you know and everything you will hear is the absolute truth."

Jack then grabs Logan/Alfred and they disappear when John looks at Nesiara and says, "Suspicious."

"Pretty much like always," says Nesiara as John shakes his head.

"No, it's even more suspicious than always. It's as if Jack wanted to tell us something about the knowledge we know of this world that is corrupted," says John as he began to think when Nesiara floats into the air and kisses him cutting his progress.

"Don't worry about it and let's hear him out once we are in Gongaga," says Nesiara as John nods and they leave the Mansion to inform the others that they will change from the Inn to the Mansion for the next day of their stay.

The next day passes quite fast as they were all sitting together talking about what they were doing the last two days when John says, "Tomorrow we will travel towards Corel. I make a tour through Costa del Sol and I heard many bad things about Corel."

"Bad things. That's only Shinra feeding the people with lies about what happened there," says Barret as everyone looked at him.

"Do you know something?" asks John as he looked at Barret who nods.

"Damn right. It was my hometown before Shinra destroyed it killing everyone I loved except for Marlene," says Barret as he explained that Shinra destroyed Corel because they thought that they had something to do with AVALANCHE taking over the reactor there.

"You really trusted them too much even a child wouldn't believe such lies," says Yuffie dragging Barret through the mud when John makes her stop.

"He did what he thought was right at the moment. You would have done the same if you had a wife and child," says John as Barret didn't tell them that Marlene was adopted by him.

"Anyway, things don't look that good there. They have now Corel Prison and North Corel. We will go to North Corel first from there we go to the Corel Prison and then to the Gold Saucer since you all deserve some rest after this trip afterward we will go to Gongaga and Nibelheim," says John as he took a map that he bought in a shop in Costa del Sol.

He pointed on the map of the Western Continent where they were going to travel for now to everyone as they all nodded when Nesiara says, "You forgot about the Reactor on Mt.Corel. We need to go there to get the last Huge Materia."

"Right," says John as they all looked confused at them.

"Huge Materia?" asks Cloud as both nod and the Huge Materia that Logan/Alfred gave them appears in Nesiara's hands.

"Huge Materia is important for our journey since in Cosmo Canyon they will be quite useful," says Nesiara as she explained to them that they needed four and they already had three of them.

"Once all four are gathered in Cosmo Canyon a secret will be lifted to all of you," says John as all were now curious to find out what secret it would be.

"Anyway, we will begin moving tomorrow so we will continue your Ki training today," says Nesiara as the group sighs while Yuffie was excited about it.

Yuffie was the only one from the group that could form a ki ball in her hands that was as big as a ping-pong ball making her feel proud about it while Tifa for now failed to concentrate the Ki outside her body.

The other four were slowly increasing their Ki and circulate it around their bodies without the help of the family when Yuffie asks, "What's the next thing you will teach me?"

"How about flying?" asks Nesiara as sparkles were in Yuffie's eyes from the excitement she was feeling.

"Flying," says Yuffie excited as Nesiara nods.

"Yes, to learn how to fly you need to...," says Nesiara explaining to Yuffie how to concentrate her Ki under her feet and take the first step that was floating in the air.

Yuffie tried to do that as she concentrated really hard to achieve the deed of flying when she began to float slowly in the air making progress faster than anyone else in their group behind Aerith who created a Ki ball after adapting and circulating her Ki.

Tifa was third followed by Red XIII that used his mouth to shoot them out then Cloud and Barret was last. They didn't learn to fly for now since they needed to leave Costa del Sol.

"You improved quite well for beginners. Many would need longer so I would say that you all have talent in it with someone amount you with high potential," says Nesiara as they were on their Chocobos while John and Nesiara shared one until they catch another Chocobo for Yuffie.

They traveled without much trouble as the group was training against some monsters on their way to North Corel to try out their Ki.

The group was adapting fast to their Ki it seemed as they arrived at North Corel where people were glaring at them quite intensely making the group feel that something was wrong.

"Why are they all glaring at us?" asks Cloud as everyone was confused by it.

"It must be because of Barret," says John as he knew that glare from the Bleach World.

"Because of me?" asks Barret confused when John nods.

"Yes, I know that glare quite good. It's the glare people give you when they blame you for something," says John as they looked for a place to stay for tonight.
