Chapter Twenty Four

Both Wolde Samuel and Tsege went to their own home completely soaked by the rain with a smile on their faces.

"What are you smiling for?" Emanuel asked Tsege as he walked to where she is standing at. "What happened?" he again throws another question before she even replied the first question. "When will you stop walking while it's raining? You will get cold!" exclaimed his face covered in concern.

Tsege waved her hand in dismissal to his worry. "This happens most of the time and it's like… a few times I caught a cold by doing that." She said after counting the times she had a cold because of her walking while it's raining.

"And you know how bad it gets…" he said.

"Oh, stop whining! It's not my first time and you are just worrying that you will get it through me." She said narrowing her eyes at him for a second.

"That's not true…" Emanuel trailed off to which she scoffed at.

"Did you just scoffed at me?" he asked in surprised.
