He had no idea what they were doing, or how things were going in the palace but as the red sun of BloodBound slowly seemed to rise he knew very well that running away would simply kill them all in the end.

The tall vampire managed to get all the way back to the castle without being caught, traveling from alley to alley, hidden in the dark corners, and arrived at the luxurious palace after a few hours worried and exhausted. He could see the enormous black gate and the guards standing in front of it. A sketch of his face glued to the wall right next to them with the word wanted in capital letters. Not a day had passed but they were actually spreading these everywhere already.
