Panic gripped the bandits as the Orcish horde closed in on them. They scattered in every direction, attempting to flee, but it proved futile against the overwhelming numbers of Orcish raiders, easily numbering more than a few dozen.
As the bandits pondered their hopeless escape, Kazimir surged forward for another round of vengeance. Both Kristof and Wieslav were marked for retribution, and Kazimir was determined to cut them down to avenge his father.
He was about to reach Wieslav when, at that exact moment, an Orcish raider threw a net at Wieslav. Simultaneously, another Orc ran in front of the bandit to intercept Kazimir. The intentions of the orcs became clear – they were after slaves.
Kazimir, seeing the obstruction, roared, "Move out of the way!" He swiftly seized some dirt, hurling it into the Orc's face. As the orc momentarily faltered, Kazimir seized the opportunity, sliding between the orc's legs and emerging just in front of his adversary, Wieslav.
With a resounding roar of "Vengeance!" Kazimir thrust his sword into one of Wieslav's eye sockets, unleashing the culmination of his fury.
At that point, Kazimir found himself completely surrounded by the orcs, with all the bandits either dead or captured. Undeterred, he yelled defiantly, "If you want to kill me, do it! I will not surrender!"
From behind the Orcish raiders, a massive, muscular orc riding a battle wolf emerged, clapping his hands in approval. "Excellent!" he smiled. "I can see so much potential in you," he added, signaling his men to capture Kazimir.
Despite Kazimir's valiant attempts to escape, making dodges and evasive moves, it proved futile. In the end, a few well-placed nets were all that was needed to secure his capture.
"Duel me, you barbarians!" Kazimir shouted from within the net, captured and immobile.
Observing this, the orc boss laughed vividly and responded in a deep, low tone, "Do not worry. You will have plenty of chances to duel soon enough," a sinister smile adorning his face.
Kazimir grasped the grim fate awaiting him and the bandits—they were not destined to be mere slaves; they would become gladiators. Considering Orcish culture, it seemed a better fate than being captured as simple slaves. At least as a gladiator, there was a chance, however slim, to fight for some degree of freedom.
"You look promising, so I will tell you my name," the Orcish boss said, his gaze fixed on Kazimir. "I am Seba. Look for me when you fight your way to freedom," added Seba.
Kazimir understood that further conversation was futile; he simply awaited to see where the orcs would take him.
"We are returning home, boys!" shouted one of the Orcish leaders.
The orcs efficiently packed Kazimir's goods and the latest batch of gladiators, including Kazimir himself, onto thunder lizards. These creatures, often used for both transport and war in Orcish culture, along with wolves, were brought from the Orcish world a few years ago when a rift to another realm opened, sparking the invasion.
