Learning and laughter

As the class with Master Orion came to an end, the students gathered their belongings and prepared to leave the Combat Department.

Master Orion addressed them one last time before departing, cautioning them against attempting the body cultivation techniques at home.

"Today, you've learned new concepts, and it may take time to fully grasp them," Master Orion stated firmly.

"If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to ask me in tomorrow's session.

Remember, do not try the techniques at home. I'll guide you through it properly tomorrow, understood?"

The students nodded in agreement, acknowledging Master Orion's instructions.

With a nod of satisfaction, Master Orion exited the Combat Department, leaving the students to their own devices.

Kai and his friends took a momentary break, enjoying the respite from their intense training.

Amidst the sounds of laughter emanating from the girls' side, Kai's curiosity was piqued.

He approached Akane, who was still giggling, and inquired about the source of their amusement.

"It was just Emily," Akane explained between giggles. "She asked the most adorable question during our conversation."

Intrigued, Kai pressed further. "What did she say?"

Akane chuckled before relaying Emily's concern. "She was worried that if we cultivated our bodies, we'd end up all muscular like Master Orion."

Kai couldn't help but visualize Emily's comical worry, and he joined in the laughter. "That's quite the imagination, Emily," he remarked with a smile.

"But don't worry, it doesn't work like that."

Emily's eyes widened in relief. "Really?"

Sarah approached Emily, wrapping her in a comforting hug. "Of course, Emily. No need to fret."

As the girls reassured Emily, Kai excused himself and returned to his training sessions.

He diligently worked through his routine, focusing on gathering spiritual energy and honing his combat skills.

After completing his sessions with Master Liang and Master Alice, Kai reunited with Akane in the Combat Department.

Together, they practiced their techniques, increasing their understanding with each exchange.

As the day drew to a close, Kai and his friends left school and made their way home. Each went their separate ways, heading towards their respective houses.

When Kai arrived at his house he walked into the known entrance welcomed by the inviting atmosphere of his family's dwelling.

Memories of the day lingered in his thoughts as he readied himself to relax and rejuvenate for the tasks that awaited him.

Feeling satisfied Kai shut the door, behind him prepared to enjoy the peace of home following a day enriched with experiences and joyful moments.
