The Mistress
She confidently walked along the wide corridor of the main ship, in her
obscene glittering robe with cutouts to the beginning of the thigh, sparkling
with the scarlet flame of her eyes. The oncoming syrinxes crumbled in horror
before her. Everyone knew that Miressa was going to have fun and nothing
could be done about it. She could walk up to anyone and drag him along with
her. No one could understand why they were being punished like this.
Miressa became the Mistress here, and Palien went crazy, not knowing how
to get rid of her.
"How did you get on the ship? What is your name?" - He asked with a
rage the extravagant black-winged woman who once appeared in front of
him.
Her slanted, widely spaced eyes, glowing crimson, and her charming
appearance were too unusual: her beautiful face with delicate features was
framed by smooth black long hair with a blue metallic tint, her ideal figure was
emphasized by a tight-fitting silver corset, and high-heeled boots adorned
her slender legs.
Palien almost went crazy trying to figure out where she came from.
"I am vampire Miressa! I came to have fun," - her stern voice rang
threateningly.
"Are you kidding, beauty?" - Palien could not hide his smile, looking at it
in amazement, realizing that it was not a phantom. - "So what if you're a
vampire? All syrinxes are vampires. The Source has no creations like you. In
a thousands of years I have never seen anything like that. Who created you?
How are you going to have fun in such an unambiguous way?"
"Oh, handsome! With you! And with everyone who comes to my hand.
You see that I excite you!"
"Huh! Sassy!"
"I can easily take over you and anyone I want. Submit to me and you
won't be hurt."
"Someone has a good sense of humor! I like it! But I will order you to be
thrown overboard, what do you say to that?"
Miressa laughed out loud.
"How evil you are, handsome! You will not make it! I'll come back right
away, and you won't get away from me."
She approached and tightly grabbed Palien with her sharp red nails,
scratching him through his thin tunic.
"What kind of creature are you? You wanna kill me?"
He was no longer funny, and he tried in vain to push her away.
"I told you who I am! Why should I kill such beauty? I came to have fun
and no one will stop me!"
He tried to hypnotize her and penetrate the mind of this nightmare
woman, but useless: she kissed his lips, and he was paralyzed. Then
everything was in a fog, she straddled him and drained almost all his life force
until he lost consciousness.
The Commander woke up lying on the floor, all scratched and without
power. He called his personal healer Barit by telepathy.
"What happened, Palien?" - He helped him lie down on the bed and began
to heal the wounds.
"We have a monster, we urgently need to catch and kill her."
"Her? This is a woman? How did she get on the ship?"
"Yes, a black-winged vampire," - moaned the tortured commander. - "Call
Lantas, we need to find out where she came from. It looks like a teleport."
The officer quickly arrived, looking around cautiously.
"Someone is walking here! Likorn woman? Oh, Palien, did she scratch
you like that?" - Lantas, horrified, rushed to him.
"Is she still here? What a nightmare!"
The Commander closed his eyes, trying to feel in space where the
Miressa was.
"She drained all my mana."
"She's next to the wall!" - Lantas said.
"It's good that you see her, I need to set traps so that she doesn't come
near me anymore. Find out where this evil came from."
"It's clear where it came from! From Zaria, modified by powerful magic
from a winged woman," - the officer found out.
"She called herself the vampire of the Source and grabbed me. Lantas,
search, find out more about who sent her," - Palien demanded.
The officer sat for a long time next to the wounded man in deep
concentration.
"It was a showing off. About magic abilities! The traces have been erased. We have to
think about who could do this: he's capable of imparting the power of a
likorn..."
"Rohen!" - Palien guessed.
"This is a strange trick on his part! What is he trying to achieve? Demoralize us? And he is a pranker!"
"How can we catch her?"
"I'll try to talk to her!" - Lantas suggested.
She bullied the entire crew, choosing a new victim each time, tormenting
him until he was blue in the face, but leaving him alive.
Miressa easily penetrated any ship, passed through any obstacles,
without falling into a single trap for magicians, diligently placed on all ships.
Only one thing helped to avoid severe injuries - it was necessary to submit to
her without resistance. Some victims of the attack even liked her, especially
the unspoiled by female attention.
Shemion and Amirel were delighted with her and, after painful bullying,
asked her to come see them again. She laughed loudly in response and
disappeared.
Ramies, unsuccessfully trying to paralyze her, could not recover
for a long time after her aggressive advances.
One day she showed up at Lantas's penthouse, frightening Farenia with
her appearance and suddenness. Miressa, shining with red eyes, did not
attack the officer and sat down on the sofa next to the spouses.
"Oh, yes, you have sweet love!" - She drawled tenderly. - "What pleasant feelings!
Let me warm up! Lantas, did you want to talk to me? Ask!"
The husband and wife looked at each other at her unexpected behavior.
"Why are you doing all this to us?" - Lantas asked. - "Did Rohen send you
here?"
"He is my Master! He sent me to brighten up your boring journey."
"Very strange concern for us? Looks like intimidation."
"But you're having fun with me, aren't you?"
"Someone like it, but I don't like this kind of vacation. You have an
unusual appearance. We didn't meet you on Zaria."
"The Lord transformed me: he changed my look and endowed me with
powers. He can do this to anyone. Now I serve him as a warrior. But I won't
be here for long; when he calls, I'll disappear."
"Are you a demonstration of what Rohen is capable of? This is
undeniably impressive. None of the syrinxes can boast of such magic. What
does he intend to do next?"
"You will see it soon! My Lord will come personally and submit all of you."
"Submit?" - Lantas's eyes sparkled with alarm.
Miressa, after a pause, disappeared into thin air with a sly smile.
"What's going on, dear? You've turned so pale!" - Farenia became
worried.
"I'm terrified, to be honest! And I don't know what to do. I'll report this
to Palien..."
