"So, have you brought everything?"

OriginalMagus looked shocked at The Sage's new appearance.

'I see, so the new fashion in ultimatum follows the random colour contrasts of that old singer Lady Gaga. She had in fact inspired a whole revolution in the fashion industry for nearly 2 whole years after her untimely death. [1]

OriginalMagus' fashion since seemed to be just as broken as the Sage's sense.

"Almost. The Level 5 beast core should be ready in another day or so. I will pick it up from the Guild when that happens."

"Alright." Luke nodded and accepted the bag of materials OriginalMagus was carrying before turning back to his room. Naturally, he quickly ran to the fridge and picked up a few necessary things before running into the room.

On the other hand, OriginalMagus was busy sending a screenshot to VidBro. While leaving, VidBro had begged OriginalMagus to take pictures of The Sage when anything changed.

Naturally, a change in both appearance and clothing were both major changes, and OriginalMagus was no free for a few moments, and so decided to use this time, while his stamina recovered, to send the two screenshots of The Sage's new appearance, and equipment to VidBro.

After that, he turned back to the door do begin his completion of all daily missions and any of the other missions he had left over, while looking for new missions.

In the Roland kingdom, an old man exited the holy cathedral in a clam but tired pace.

'Sigh, I finally fixed the 'problem', but the current Pope of Roland is a bit too talkative. Thanking me for nearly an hour? Is he so free? I mean, not that I mind all the gifts and rewards he gave me. No one would reject free gifts for saving your own great-grand-daughter and grandson.'

After stretching out for a while, the old man took to the skies.

'Hmm, now that the problem has been solved, what should I do? Although I am part of the council of 12, that is only in name. I am mostly a neutral guy, loved by all!'

While the old man was praising his brilliance of being as neutral as possible to benefit from everyone, he suddenly remembered something.

'My promise to that masked fellow. Right, right. I absolutely cannot forget about something like that. Although it was he, who took advantage of me, I don't mind it. Just like my little sunshine always says, "I'm too free for my own good anyways." I'll just have my fun toying with this Rachel person. Maybe a few years of torture ought to do the job.'

A scary thought settled in the old man's mind as he turned to go towards the headquarters of the Resistance, where Rachel should be residing according to the information he has received. He also sent a magic signal to the Sage character on his way.

Back in the capital, Luke was in the middle of lazing around- ahem, a tactical intermediary resting pause from work, when he received the old man's message.

"Hey there. I am now free. Your baby dragon did in fact solve a big problem for me, so I will stick to my promise. I'm on my way to Rachel. She will be taken care of. Maybe not instantly, but she won't leave my presence for a few years maybe, or until I feel the changes in fate and need to find another 'chosen one', at which point I'll kill her off. I need to use her for some experiments. Anyway, I don't need to explain everything to a kid like you. Bye!"

'Dammit! Even though he did not cheat me of my dragon, but a few years? So, she will still be alive. That snake b*stard! I mean if you can capture her alive to do experiments then just kill her off. Find another peak level subject!'

However, there was nothing he could do. Furthermore, her living as a captive of the old man forever, or dying, both meant that she could no longer come after him. This meant he no longer needed to live in hiding!

However, before he could announce to the world, he still had to wait an adequate amount of time to ensure that the old man actually finds and captures Rachel.

'Maybe until the beta testing is over?' he thought to himself. For now, I should spend the time building my magic array, and increasing levels in hiding.
