In just a few quick moments, the old man flipped through the book, his expression revealing a multitude of emotions along the short journey.
After the Old Man was done reading the last page, he closed the booklet as well as his eyes and fell into deep thought. For almost a full minute he did not speak nor did he react in any way. Only after he processed the vast information he just saw did he finally heave a sigh and opened his eyes once more.
He looked at the young man, this Aziel Vor'thega with an enigmatic glint in his crafty old eyes, and nodded once more. He did not bow even though he felt like it would have been what he should have done, he decided against it so as to not to aggrieve her granddaughter any further.
"Mr. Vor'thega, for what you have done for my family, I am forever in your debt. As long as I am alive we will stand behind you!"
"Huh? W-what is going on? What did he give you grandpa?"
