'What is this? Where am I?' The last thing Adam remembers is talking to Mariak the god of randomness before he disappeared into nothingness and moments later he has found himself inside of something

He feels as if he is in a muddy liquid that is very dense and constantly restraining his movement, the liquid is also very sticky, an overall very gross feeling

Moving around the limited amount he can and is allowed to by the liquid Adam touched a fleshy wall of sorts, it is soft yet firm to the touch

For the next 10 minutes, Adam thinks about all the clues and information he has gathered before reaching a conclusion as to where he has ended up in

'It seems I am in my mother's womb, well this sucks, what am I gonna do now?' Thinking that to himself Adam started to trash around the womb a bit more until he hit something more firm, solid and of a different shape than just the womb

Adam kicked that thing a few more times this time from different angles trying to see if his guess is correct

'Hmmm, it seems I am gonna have a sibling in this life. In my last one, I had a younger brother but he was an asshole who didn't like me very much, but at least my younger sister was a nice kid.' Mentally sighing to himself Adam remembers his last life and hopes that his sibling will be a girl, Adam has had more fun experiences with his younger sister than a younger brother so he hopes the sibling is a girl

'Well, all that is left now is to do the waiting game.' Since he can not do anything Adam has decided to just spare himself the energy of thrashing around and just lay there in the liquid of life so to say

- Timeskip 1 and a half months-

'Man, this is boring, how long have I been stuck in here. I can't even differentiate the flow of time in here but a few weeks have definitely passed.' Thought Adam to himself as he floated in his mother womb, this last month has been rough on him, the only thing he could do was think and move a little which is not a whole lot of things to do especially if you don't know what to think about

His sibling is fine, he is just floating there chilling out with Adam, kicking here and there. nothing special

"######## ###..." Suddenly Adam heard noises from beyond his meaty barrier that is keeping him enclosed like a trapped animal waiting for slaughter

'Aaah, it seems my mother is talking to someone again.' When Adam heard these muffled noises he knew that it is his mother, who is talking to someone else, it happens more often than he thought that made him believe that his mother is the gossiping type

'Wow, what's up with the sudden movement?' Suddenly his mother mooved fast and sharp, unlike before where he could feel her gently moving so that he and his sibling don't get injured this seems like the exact opposite of that

It seems as thou she is rushing somewhere very fast, and Adam is very, very soon going to find out where she is rushing

After a couple of minutes of running, rushing and whatever other means of transportation Adam's mother used to get around she finally laid down and relax or that is what Adam thought would happen unfortunately his mother did lay down but she absolutely did not relax

"######## ## ###." Adam can hear a bunch of noises from the outside, it seems as thou a lot of people are around and talking towards his mother

'Well, if my guess is correct then this will not be a very fun day.' From all the limited information he can gather Adam has reached a conclusion as to what might be happening with him and his mother

All the noises, the sudden sharp movement and his mother laying down with people around her, to Adam it is a huge red flag about what is going to happen

A few hours later Adam felt that all the liquid was drained from the womb and he felt his mother's muscles move and contract to push him forward towards the light that has recently opened up

'I knew it!' Seeing that his guess was right Adam braces himself and felt himself being squeezed by his mother's muscles and bones

Soon he felt a hand as gently as possible grip him by the head and trying to support and pull him out at the same time, Adam already prepared for this and positioned himself to go out head first so that he can have a safe birth without complications

However after some minutes that was also over, however, that is the moment the true hellish pain started, the moment Adam fully came out of the womb and took his first breath

"Waaaa!" Because of the pain of breathing in for the first time, Adam felt like his lungs were being gnawed at by a thousand bullet ants and having acid in there as well at a time forcing him to scream out in pain

'How the fuck do the MC of those reincarnation anime/manga/novels not scream out in pain!' Thought Adam as he felt the hell-like pain coming from his lungs, it ignites his every breath and burns every time he moves, a pain unlike any other constantly assaulted Adam

Soon he was transferred from the doctor's hands into the towel of a nurse who wiped off the nutritional fluid he was bathing in for the past 9 months before they put him on a scale and measures his weight, all the while Adam screamed

"###." Soon the nurse or what Adam presumes to be the nurse because of the feminine voice informed then rest of his weight before he was once again taken into the towel

Then Adam is examined from all angels by the other nurses, they are trying to see if Adam was healthy and doesn't have any bodily defects

Adam waited a few minutes in which he already stopped crying but soon afterward another cry beside his mother's was heard, his sibling was finally born

A couple of minutes later his sibling was also wiped off with a towel, having his weight measured before also being examined and then being wrapped around in a towel by another nurse

"####### ###." Suddenly Adam hears his mother speak out, or rather he hears a woman speak from the general direction he came from so it must be his mother

It seems that she requested for them to be given to her since the nurse started moving and soon Adam and his sibling found themselves in the arms of yet another person

Because he is a baby Adam can't hear nor see very well however he can make out his mother's long blonde hair and the fact that she is talking to him right now and it isn't a language he knows how to speak it is, however, a language he is familiar with, Japanese

So Adam and his sibling rested peacefully in their mother's arms but soon a loud bang was heard as the doors to his mother's room slammed open and a man came in

Adam can't see the man very well because of his eyes and the angle at which his mother is holding him at however he can see that the man is quite large or rather quite tall

"####! ##### ## ###!?" The man soon came over to their mother and Adam can make out one of his features, he like Adam's mother has blonde hair however his hair is short to medium long, Adam can't really make it out because of his eyesight

"###### ### ###." It seems that the man's yelling influenced Adam's mother as she quietly but sternly reprimanded the man, probably for the fact that he is shouting in a hospital, even worse in the room where pregnant mothers give birts and even worse worse, in front of her newly-born children

The man instantly shut up, probably afraid or trembling in his boots because of what Adam's mother said, hell Adam could even hear the chattering of his bones with his bad hearing

'I don't know if you are my father or my mother's relative however I pity you, it seems as thou my mother is quite fearsome.' Thought Adam as he looked at his surroundings a bit more, his eyes have adjusted a bit to the air and the bright lights so he can see that besides him, his mother, his sibling, and the man there is no one else in the room

The nurses and the doctors have gone away, while there are no other people in the room so that only leaves Adam, his sibling, the man, and their mother

'Well, this has been quite a tiring day, guess I will go to sleep.' Thinking that to himself Adam snuggled into his mother's arms as close as possible, letting the warmth of her body into his before sleep took over

Over the next week, Adam spent his time with his mother, as he found out the man that entered is indeed his father

After his eyesight and hearing adjusted Adam could hear and see normally and although he couldn't understand what his parents were saying since he doesn't know Japanese he can recognize his own name and the name of his parents and sibling

His name is Ken, his mother's name is Yua while his father's name is Itsuki, which on its own doesn't seem that bad however when he heads their family's last name and the name of his sibling which turned out to be a brother Adam just sighted

'Honestly, to think that this is where I have been reincarnated.' Said, Ken mentally as he let out another sigh filled with very mixed feelings
