Henry appeared with Klaus several kilometers away from the territory. Of course, he had not gone that much far, just about 5 km away from the territory.
The way that the teleportation skill that he possessed of the mage profession worked was quite simple. Henry would utilize the energy that he possessed and try to sense his surroundings. As long as there was an area that he could 'see' using his energy, he was going to be capable of teleporting to that place.
The maximum distance that he could teleport to had not yet been figured out, but even then, it simply depended on the amount of energy that Henry possessed. From that, it seemed that the teleportation skill that was related to the mage profession was quite unlimited as long as he possessed unlimited amount of energy, but that was yet to be proved.
