Chapter Eighty eight

The next day at school, everyone buzzed about Leon's return.

The students whispered to each other as he walked through the hallway to his classroom.

There was something different about him, but they couldn't figure out what it was. When he got to the classroom, everyone gaped at him. Most of the students had mixed feelings of fear and excitement when they saw him.

They were afraid because he had kidnapped Celina and gone to jail. What if he unleashed his anger on one of them? They were also excited because he was back to school despite everything that happened. afterall, he made Monard a very interesting place to study in.

He looked around for a while and his eyes fell on Alistair who sat in the front row, so focused on his book. He walked up to him and placed a hand on his desk. Alistair was startled and looked up to see Leon staring down at him, but this time, his face was calm and reassuring.

"Alistair," he called.
