CHAPTER 22

Tyler called for two warriors to take Adam to the dungeon and don't take their eyes off of him. He is to stay there until Tyler tells them otherwise. And after they took Adam I sat on the couch still in shock.

"Did you actually feel an Alpha aura coming off of me?" I asked.

"No. It was something different. It was powerful. But it wasn't an Alpha aura. It was something completely different. And your eyes." Tyler says sitting next to me.

"What about my eyes?" I asked.

"We all know that vampires can compel people by staring into their eyes and making them do whatever they want?" He asked.

"Yeah. What's that got to do with me?" I asked.

"Your pupils were pulsating while you were commanding him to speak." Tyler says.

"Holy shit. I have vampire powers. Why are they only coming out now? What the fuck is happening to me? This isn't me. This isn't what I do." I say. But Tyler held my hand and made me look at him.
