THe CONFUSION

Chikita left Adams house and went straight to the club, she needed to clear her head off

give me more shot of tequila she told the bartender in her slurry voice

this will make it eight shots ma'am , said the bartender

I wasted too much on my friendship with Gabriella she has always looked down on me as if I will amount to nothing , chikita said too much while drunk that the bartender starting having pity on her

She was too drunk to hold the remaining tequila she requested for

Here have your money and keep the change, she told the bartender while staggering trying to head home

she managed to get to her home with the help of the driver she earlier booked online

Chikita's cousin who stayed with her immediately helped her from falling down the staircase after she managed to get into the house

what happened to you chikita you barely get drunk, where are you coming from?, Larissa queried her

just help me get to my room Chikita responded with her slurry voice trying to climb h the staircase that was leading to her room

Larissa helped her to her room, cleaned her up and wore her night wears, before she could be done with chikita , she had already slept off

Larissa in the middle of the night was worried and she called her boyfriend who was out of the country too for work

She picked her phone and called her boyfriend

please pick(her phone ringing) she said

Hello my love, I'm sorry for disturbing you but I feel so scared for my aunt, since she came back from her vacation she has never been the same, she looks lust always and now she got home drunk, I feel so bothered for her I have never seen her like this before, Larissa said to her boyfriend over the phone

Calm down my love, she must be facing some difficulties, just like how some situations in our life takes the best of us, , I am sure she will overcome whatever she's passing through, just make sure you pay attention to her , and when you have the opportunity to talk to her , sit her down and have a discussion with her to know what is wrong with her, Larissa's boyfriend responded to her

okay my love, she said

and I will soon be coming back to Brazil soon, I know you miss me already, Larissa boyfriend said

I can't wait to see you my love, okay sleep well now, I will call you tomorrow bye my love, she said

they both hung up and Larissa went to check up on chikita again who was already deeply asleep

The next morning chikita woke up with a huge hangover

my head aches so bad , what happened she said to herself

just as she was talking to herself Larissa walked into her room holding some medicine

here you can have it , I knew you will be having some hangovers soon, so I rushed to the pharmacist shop to get you some of this drugs, also someone is here to see you, Larissa said

she took the medicine and freshened up herself to know who came visiting her at this early hours of the day, and to her surprise it was Adam

Adams What are you doing in my house?, chikita asked him

common chikita you forgot we had an agreement?, well after you left my house I called my sister back and we had lots of conversation which was the main reason she came to my house, I have got good news for you, Gabriella spoke to Lucas already and they have reconciled, Lucas said you gave me some wine that intoxicated him into sleeping with you, after all you weren't lying, Adam said

you thought I was lying ? She respond to adam

well it's not as if I believe the both of you, but let me just pretend, I have called back Lucas who will soon be back to Brazil, to continue his work here as demanded by my sister, and i have also considered you being jobless won't be good for you, I will be offering you the position of being my secretary at my other company in Salvador, he told Chikita

sign this papers and get to work right away, Adam said

chikita who was still struggling with her hangover and trying to process everything that just happened took the papers from Adams and signed

Well Adams thank you for for this favor, she said

Don't thank me yet, we still have lots of things to do together, he said while giving her that sexy look

i will see you at the office, adam's said while walking away

chikita rushed straight to her room to contact Lucas , she picked her phone and started calling Lucas

Hello Lucas, I'm sure you have heard the good news, Adam lush has accepted you back, I'm so happy and (chikita was cut off by Lucas)

Is this why you called me , well thank you for calling , don't ever contact me again, your job is done bye! He hung up

Chikita who was somehow relieved didn't mind how offensive Lucas was to her, after all things were falling into places already

she smiled sheepishly while jumping into her bed to get another sleep as her hangover were taking the best of her

Few hours later she was awake and getting ready to leave her home, Larissa walked in

chikita is everything okay , lately you have been behaving strange and I have never seen you like that , Larissa said

I am okay Larissa, I mean I wasn't before but now I am okay, and if anybody comes looking for me tell them I went out, I will be home soon, she responded to Larissa

Well if you say so but before you leave my boyfriend will be coming to Brazil soon, and I will love you both to know each other, Larissa said

yes yes I will love to see him, just let me know when he's around , chikita said while walking away in a hurry

Chikita who was a fashion lover went to a clothing line to shop more wears and jewelries she had been admiring online

for some reason chikita always bought fashion items online , but this time around she wanted to see what she was going for , because the prices attached to the items were too cheap to be true

oh this will fit my red gorgeous gown I got from Paris, she talked to herself while holding a diamond jewelry worth $10 thousand dollars

after purchasing her item, she was heading straight to her car when she spotted Gabriella her best friend who was coming towards her

Brazil is too big for us to continue bumping into each other chikita, Gabriella told her while looking straight into her eyes

I came to pickup some wears for myself, chikita said

I am sorry Gabriella all that transpired between me and your boyfriend were mere coincidence, and I'm sorry for the things I said to you at your brothers house, I have a lot that I want to say to you but you pushing me away won't sort things out, we've known each other even before Lucas came into your life , please don't throw our friendship away because of this silly mistake of mine, I'm truly sorry and I feel bad about all this, chikita said all teary

Well Chikita I know you and your promiscuous ways of living, it's alright, Lucas and I have both reconciled, he will be coming to Brazil soon,

Chikita and Gabriella both reconciled with each other, and they immediately started talking again like old friends, this time around they wanted to really patch things up so bad, so they started by treating the areas in their friendship which they weren't paying attention to

chikita told Gabriella a whole lot of things that were going on in her life, as well as the relationship she once had with his brother which she didn't know about , she also apologized for keeping such sensitive thing to herself all because she felt Gabriella wasn't giving her the attention she desired

Gabriella on the other side apologized for not being there for her best friend, they both planned a girls trip to help them spend more time with each other as both of them were about to get busy again with their various life

Later that day Chikita got home with the goodies she brought for herself and her cousin

Larissa come over here I bought you some Golden jewelries , she said

this is beautiful chikita(while touching the jewelries) , I can't wait to put this on when my boyfriend arrives, thank you so much you just removed this expenses from me , I was thinking of going to purchase this same jewelry that will match the outfit I was going to wear when my boyfriend arrives , Larissa said to her

Oh please Larissa , enough with your boyfriend talks, just help me take the rest things to my room, I will love to watch some movies before going to bed, chikita said while lying down on one of her couches
