Chapter 135: Jealousy

Ariana walked with Rosalyn to the guest room with a sigh. Carter was busy seeing Emily out since it was late. They had stayed up playing children's games till midnight.

"What was that about? The kneeling remark." Rosalyn pushed the bedroom door open and Ariana followed her inside.

"Nothing." Ariana shrugged as she went to sit on the bed and watched her friend grab pajamas out of her luggage.

"That wasn't nothing. I know you, Ari. That was you claiming what is yours." Rosalyn pointed at her with her index finger.

Ariana shrugged her shoulders. "And if it was? Lucky seemed to love her."

"Lucky is a damn dog. She loves everyone." Rosalyn rolled her eyes and began to change into black sleep pants and an orange tank top.

"True, but still. Emily should know she can't have Carter." Ariana fell onto the bed.

"You do realize that she made zero moves on your man." Rosalyn placed her hands on her hips as she cocked them to one side with a raised eyebrow.
