HER CRUSH

"Jane I'm running late , bye " Raven said while stuffing a sandwich into her mouth .

"have a great day "Jane yelled from her room.

"you are late again Raven ! detention!" her teacher yelled as soon as she stepped in to the class .

Raven rolled her eyes as she dragged herself to the detention room . she was a bit happy because she found Lia making weird faces while staring at her notebook in the detention room .

"hey Lia" Raven flicked her head as she sat beside her .

"woah you are back after decades"

Lia said as she diverted her whole attention to Raven.

Raven was walking with Lia In the hallway after their detention.

"well I have to go now raven , I'll meet you later "

Raven nodded as Lia left .

suddenly someone ran onto her as she fell down .

"fuck" she muttered as she looked at the running maniacs.

she turned front as she saw a pair of legs in front of her . she looked up and saw a man who extended his hand.

Raven was lost .

He was looking too attractive ,soft brown locks , perfectly sculpted face and a well built body . she came back to her senses as she got up by herself and started walking in the opposite way . she took furious steps to the restroom as she clutched her chest .

"what was that? who the hell is he?"

Raven's shook her head from side to side as she washed her face and proceeded to her next class .

"his name is Alex , he is in our class and the captain of our basketball team" Raven told Lia as she was left in shock.

"how did you even get his information?"Lia asked with widened eyes as she grabbed Raven by her shoulders.

"I asked him myself" Raven spoke unbothered as she slurped her coke.

Lia looked at her hopelessly.

suddenly Raven waved her hand as Lia turned and saw Alex waving back with a smile.

Lia pursed her lips into a thin line and left the place.

"whom are you texting? you don't usually text anyone"Jane aske while chewing her food.

"it's Alex "

Raven said as she smiled brightly .

"who's that? "

"one of my friend "

Raven replied still not looking at Jane as she was smiling while looking at her screen.

"oh , I've got some application to fill "

Jane whispered as she went back to her room.

"hey girl what's up"Lia threw her hand over Raven's shoulder.

"hey" raven said shortly as she was scrolling on to her phone.

"come on let's go for lunch"

Lia said as she tried to grab Raven.

"I'm not coming today , I'm having lunch with Alex and his friends"

"what! why them?"

"I don't know , he said he has something to tell me "

Lia nodded as she left the place

"so Alex what is that you have to tell me?"

Raven asked sitting next to Alex .

"we'll tomorrow is my birthday so would you like to come?"

"of course I will "

"woah good then , I'll text you my address then'

Raven nodded her head with a tint of blush on her cheeks.

"come on please Jane , help me select a gift for him "

Raven was whining while looking around the shop while Jane was into her phone.

"I don't know what he likes , choose it yourself"

Jane sounded a little irritated at this moment.

after minutes of wandering Raven bought a skate board which was painted black and had some savage designs.

"is this dress good or should I wear that one?"

Raven was piled up with her clothes unable to choose which dress she would wear for the birthday party .

"just wear something good , you are just going to a birthday party not for a date"

Jane said sarcasticly as she sat near Raven.

"Jane , i-I have a. crush on him"

Raven's cheeks heated up in an instant as blood rushed through her veins.

Jane was left shocked and disappointed.

"oh , you don't have any girly dress , let me give you one "

Jane told not looking at raven.

"you are all ready " Jane whispered as she fixed Raven's hair.

she looked herself on to the mirror

"woah I look a lot different"

Raven was wearing a knee length black dress as her silky short hair was combed to the side having cute little braids and her makeup was simple.

"will Alex like this look?"

"you look beautiful , he will love it "

Jane told while she grabbed her shoulders.

raven gave a small smile
