APOLOGISE

Raven woke with a servere headache as she saw the time was past 6 in the morning.raven immediately got up and headed to the kitchen. but she didn't find Jane in the couch , she went to Jane's room and peeked inside and saw Jane sleeping peacefully. she sighed and started making Jane's favourite dishes as she displayed neatly on the table .

she went to Jane's room as she bent down to her level . Jane's eyes had eyebags indicating that she hasn't slept for the past days .

"Jane?"

Raven's placed her hand on Jane's shoulders as she shook her softly.

Jane woke up almost immediately.

she sat up straight as she rubbed her eyes and stretched herself .

"did I sleep long lia?"

Jane asked still not looking at Raven .

"lia?"

Raven questioned as Jane turned around and flinched by Raven's presence.

Raven passed a smile as she got up and sat on Jane's bed folding her legs.

"how was your shoot?"

Raven asked as still Jane was shock.

"good "

she replied as raven finally looked into her eyes.

"Jane I'm , I'm sorry "

Raven said looking directly into her eyes.

"I'm sorry too "

Jane said looking away.

"no , it's me-"

"no its-"

"don't cut me off Jane , please listen "

Raven bit her lower lip as she held Jane's hand securely .

Jane said nothing as she just nodded.

" so , I'm really sorry for ignoring you for the past months , I knew you didn't like Alex , don't ask me how I know , I just guessed by your behaviour but I didn't mind that much at first ."

Raven's voice was increasing at each second .

"and then you started coming late and giving excuses like you had work , fuck that! , I thought you were stressed and wanted to be alone and that's why I didn't ask further bu-but that night , when you came home after having a makeout session with someone , it made me angry like of course it's your life and your decision but why didn't you tell me before !? I thought we were close Jane and I thought you started hating me so I can do nothing rather than ignoring you , that was the worst thing I had ever done , Jane please I can't be like that anymore pl-"

before Raven could speak further Jane pulled her wrist as she latched her lips gently on Raven's soft ones.

Raven's eyes grew wide but she didn't push away , that oddly felt good . neither of them moved an inch as they stayed in the same position.

before Jane could move her lips along with Raven's , Raven pulled away .

her tears dried as her cheeks had a tint of crimson .

"may I speak now?"

Jane asked softly as Raven was too flustered to even answer so Jane got the hint.

"of course like you said I didn't like that Alex guy ...but I wasn't ignoring you and faking I had work for the reason of coming late . actually we were preparing for the shoot for which I went the past week .and about that look that night , that was my costume , it was a late night shoot for the bathtub fragment ad , I was too tired to change and fresh up so I headed home straight , you misunderstood raven "

Jane explained as Raven was left with nothing but guilty.

"so , you are not dating anyone?"

"nope "

"sorry I misunderstood"

Raven told as she bit her lips trying to control her tears .

"so how's your relationship going with alex "

and that's it Raven lost her control as a loud sob left her lips .

"hey hey , I'm sorry , I didn't mea-"

before Jane could tell anything. Raven hugged Jane tight as she broke down completely.

"we br-broke up"

Raven sobbed hard as Jane patted her back.

"shh that's fine "

she rubbed imaginary circles on her back to calm her down.

"don't keep bad memories in your heart sweetie "

Jane whispered as raven shook her head side to side as she pulled away.

"I can't Jane , am I that bad? why does everyone leave me ? "

"no no sweetie they are just not worth for your love , now stop thinking about that hm?"

Jane said as she wiped Raven's tears with the pad of her thumb.

"I can't , I don't think I can overcome this , I'm truly hurt , I want to divert myself but I can't"

"how about I help you?"

Jane asked as she stroked her cheek as Raven was literally sitting on Jane's lap.

"help me? how ?"
