12. Garneta's anger

The school dismissal bell had rung fifteen minutes ago. But it seemed that the girl who was wearing earphones in her ears had no sign of leaving the classroom. Instead, she rested her head on the desk with her hand as a pillow.

Lately she felt that something was wrong with her life. Every day there are problems that come his way. Not forgetting the strangers he met accidentally or intentionally. Either this was his destiny or the universe was playing with him.

Honestly he was very tired.

Why can't his life be like before? He went to school in the morning, stayed in his room in the afternoon, and went out alone at night. But why is it so hard to do that now? She also missed her routine.

Maybe the night air missed her too.

"Why aren't you home yet?" someone asked from behind her. Garneta sighed lazily. She had already memorized whose voice this was. If she knew she was going to meet this person, then she would make sure she didn't refuse Ambra's invitation to go home together earlier.

Especially considering what happened this morning outside the fence.

"Lazy," Garneta replied without turning around.

"Why lazy?" he asked again.

"What do you think? Already, lah. You better get out of here. Go home first, I don't want to be with you," Garneta joked at length. The sound of the chair pulling beside her did not make Garneta turn around. She continued to ignore his presence.

"If I don't want to go home?"

"Suit yourself," Garneta snapped back. Then silence fell over the two of them. With the man continuing to look at Garneta's back.

"Ta gu-"

"I said du-"

And when he turned around, Garneta immediately fell silent. She didn't even continue her sentence. Her eyes flickered comically, unable to believe who was now sitting next to her.

"A-alba?" she murmured softly, but Alba could still hear her.

"Yes, I am. Who do you think it was?" said Alba in surprise. Because the expression of the girl in front of her was like she had seen a ghost.

Because she realized who she was talking to, Garneta quickly changed her expression to flat as before. How could she mistake it for Julin? And why couldn't Garneta distinguish their voices?

"I've been looking for you since this morning Ta. But I couldn't find you. I found you hanging out in your class," Alba said, starting the conversation. Garneta's forehead furrowed deeply, as if there was something in the sentence that the boy in front of her had just said.

That's right. Garneta realized that the uniform Alba was wearing was very similar to the one she was wearing now. Was that a sign that the boy had transferred to her school? No, that was impossible.

"Skanepal changed the uniform to look like Jubels?" asked Garneta innocently.

Alba chuckled softly, "I didn't change it. I'm the one who moved here," Alba replied casually. But Garneta's reaction was very different. The girl even stood up spontaneously, and immediately took off her earphones.

Alba raised one eyebrow and gave Garneta a strange look. If Garneta was listening to music, it was a little impossible for her to hear what she was saying, right? And that meant the girl must have been pretending to listen to music through the earphones.

Very funny. Alba thought.

"Yesterday was my first day of school here. But because you fainted, I skipped school," Alba explained honestly.

"Go away," Garneta suddenly shooed her away. It was a far cry from Alba's expectation that Garneta would welcome her move.

"Are you kicking me out?" asked Alba. But through Garneta's cold stare, Alba knew that the girl didn't want her around. But why, wasn't their last meeting fine?

"GO FUCK OFF!" shouted Garneta loudly right in Alba's face. Making the boy take a step back. Garneta couldn't hold back her emotions, as images of Avisa's departure played in her head.

Maybe her illness often made her forget. But some memories that Garneta thought played an important role in her life, she could not forget.

Before Alba could speak, someone had come to them first, and immediately pulled Garneta by force.

"We're going home now Ta," Julin said firmly without glancing at Alba. Garneta rebelled and tried to shake off his hand.

"Let go of my hand Julin!" rebelled Garneta. But Julin did not listen. Regardless of anything else, Julin quickly carried Garneta ala Brydal style. Leaving Alba alone with her cengo expression.

"I'm staying?" muttered Alba pretending to be sad. After Julin and Garneta disappeared from behind the door, Alba immediately rushed out of the class. There was no way she could linger here. Where is the atmosphere of the class that feels creepy.

But before she left, her eyes accidentally glanced at Garneta's earphones left on the table. A faint smile appeared on Alba's lips. At least with that, she still had a reason to meet the girl.

But one thing was off about Garneta's attitude towards her earlier. Why did she seem so angry with her? And the look in her eyes showed sadness, disappointment, and other feelings that Alba could not understand.

Hehad good intentions towards Garneta. Alba wanted to let her know that her bike could be picked up from the repair shop.

Ah, what a shame.

"Why did you take me away from there, anyway?!"

"You're such a dumb guy, I swear."

"I hate you so much."

"You're ugly, you don't know yourself, you like to push people around, you live. I HATE YOU JULIN! DO YOU HEAR ME?! I HATE YOU MAN!!! HATE YOU!!!"

It had been almost an hour since Garneta had cursed at him, and for an hour he had persistently mistreated her. She pinched his thighs, punched his arms, and pinched his ears. All of which Garneta had done to her.

Fortunately, He was blessed with a great deal of patience from God. If the person beside her now was a man, she would have been beaten by Julin. But this was Garneta, the friend she loved the most.

Even if she wanted to kill Julin, Julin would not retaliate.

"Yes, Ta, yes, I was wrong. I already apologized to you," Julin replied timidly. But she was still trying to focus on driving the car, which had no idea where it was going. She had already passed through the entire city.

No, he was joking.

"Sorry is not enough!" snapped Garneta, still angry.

Julin scratched her head in annoyance, "Yes, then what do you want?" He asked patiently.

"I swear you're so insensitive as a guy!" said Garneta, which made Julin go awry. It felt like she wanted to smash Garneta's head against the car glass.

"Alright, Ta. Just like that too." it looks like he misspoke this time. You can see it on her face.

"That's all you said?" Garneta sucked in as much breath as she could before she shouted, "MY PRIDE IS LOST IN FRONT OF ALBA! AND YOU CAN JUST SAY 'IS THAT ALL?!' I HATE LO JULIN!" Garneta screamed so loudly that Julin had to cover both ears. It's a good thing she brought a car earlier, imagine how embarrassed she would have been if she had brought a motorcycle.

Damn this girl... Julin's mind was horrified.

"Y-yes sorry Ta..." Julin squeaked.

Garneta exhaled an annoyed breath. She rolled her eyes countless times. Why were people being so annoying today?

"Sorry teross," Garneta's sneer didn't stop there. But this time Julin did not open her voice.

"Why are you silent?!" Garneta's annoyance grew.

"Oh my god.. I answered wrongly, I'm silent."

"Who made me angry?" Garneta interrupted Julin's speech.

"I,"

"Who pulled my hand until it was red?"

"Me."

"Who embarrassed me in front of the fence this morning and made me lose my dignity in front of Alba?"

"Me."

"The bi-"

"Me!" snapped Julin unconsciously. He did not realize that his attitude just now made Garneta flinch a little.

Garneta swallowed her saliva roughly. Her tears urgently wanted to come out. She was used to being yelled at like this. But since she was on her period, her hormones were affecting her emotions.

"You snapped at me?" asked Garneta incredulously.

Realizing what he had done, Julin immediately stopped his car on the side of the road.

And immediately hugged Garneta tightly even though she was struggling in his arms. She must be very angry with her. Julin thought.

"Let me go hikss..."

"M-sorry Ta sorry... I didn't mean to. I'm sorry," Julin whispered softly in Garneta's ear.

"I want to go home..." said Garneta in a trembling tone.

Hearing this, Julin immediately released her hug and kissed Garneta's forehead gently.

"Yes, already. Let's go home, okay? Don't cry anymore. I'm sorry."

After that, the car drove at a moderate speed, splitting the city which fels hot this afternoon.

And neither of them realized that someone had been following them from the beginning.
