(Okuninushi pov)

The piece of paper in my hand had every information about the man who I was supposed to deal with, including his image picture.

His name was Wosu, a well-known merchant who travel across the shinobi world selling and buying goods.

He was born in the land of Earth, so he's quite popular here in the capital, there weren't any explanation about why he needs to be killed or who wants him dead

Well, it's not like it matters to me, I just need to locate this man and kill him then bring his head to any branch so I can get my money.

10,000 ryo may sound little, but during this era it's quite a good money, besides my prey seems to be a small fry.

I tucked the new map scroll and the piece of paper inside my armor and heads straight to the market district since that's where merchants sell their goods.

It didn't take me long to reach there and without wasting time, I started looking around the densely packed market district, trying to see if I could see the face of my prey.

But, after minutes of getting glared at, I grow tired and impatient of it and decided to ask around.

Like I said, the man was well famous, so it didn't took me long to find my answer, although a lot of people refused to talk about him even though I hide my real intentions, but at the end of the day I got what I wanted.

He left the capital since yesterday and he's heading the land of rice fields to buy some supplies then he'll go to the capital of the land of lightning.

'I'll have to find him before he reached the land of rice Fields

Currently, I was standing at the edge of the capital looking at the canyon that stretched from miles

'Maybe I should just find another job to do here'

While I was lost in my thoughts, I noticed a carriage being pushed by horses. It caught my attention since the carriage was going the same direction I was about to go

Still standing from where I was, I watched the carriage pass me without any sign of stopping.

"I was hoping my protagonist Aura would work on them, but it seems like I was wrong,"

Seeing the carriage wasn't going to stop, I motivated myself and started walking under the scorching sun.

I walked and walked and walked until I was feeling irritating, no it wasn't from walking, it was for the damn carriage that was in front of my sight

Even though I was walking at a normal pace, the carriage didn't disappear from my view and it was making me mad because I was feeling like the coachman was just messing with me.

"I hope their carriage breaks down" I muttered as a sigh of relief escaped my mouth. "Finally out of the canyon"

The landscape finally changed from rocky to grassy.

I stopped from tracks and stood there for a couple of minutes until the carriage disappeared from my view.

After seeing that, I stray away from the dirty road and into the woods. The reason I did that was because my ears caught a sound of something very familiar to me.

After walking for sometime, I reached my destination. 

A waterfall

Seeing the clean water in front of me, I looked around and after making sure no one was around, I undone my awakened ( ceremonial manifestion state)

The moment the armor faded away, I was left completed naked

"I knew it," I muttered as I approach the waterfall, yes I was going to wash myself. 

'Shit! Too cold'

Although the water was cold, my body didn't feel any discomfort with it.

While I was enjoying washing myself, the sound of neighing horses rung from a far followed by heavy steps.

The sounds were getting closer and closer, causing a tremor in the vicinity.

Knowing that whatever was coming was a bad new, I jumped out of the water and prepared myself

Just when I was about to enter my awakened state, something that was way faster than my reaction hit the ground behind me.
