"ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR" A loud deafen sound rang out. The whole mansion shook due to the shockwave, dust and small size debris fell.

'What the fuck was that

The roar was so loud; it was like someone standing next to him, holding a megaphone, yelling at his ear.

"Mother, there's no time, let us leave." She nods.

Jayce then spread his wings, holding his mom near, ready to take off.

Give up Caitlyn, protect Ximena. Reward: Kenbunshoku (Observation Haki Beginner).

Jayce's looking through the option. Naturally, he must protect his mother, so he directly skips option 1. Although he liked Caitlyn in his past life, his mother is more important. Option 3 looks the most tempting, but he's unsure whether he could succeed.

'Fuck it, no risk, no reward.' With that thought, he chose option 3.

"Jayce, I understand you have some secret, but can you tell me if you're, ok?" Ximena asked while pleadingly looking down at him; imagine your son, suddenly turned into a monstrous-looking being, how could she not be worried?

"I'm fine mother, but this city is not safe. We need to go into the capital to seek shelter. The city has been invaded by alien beings." Jayce said

After spending months of reading books, he learned that the kingdom is stronger than he thought, initially. PILTOVER is a scientific place that is known for its high-end inventions. Strength-wise, they are not that strong alone in combat, but with the creation of machinery, hex-tech; they can be considered a powerhouse. Even the war-thirsty kingdom like the Noxus doesn't dare to carelessly invade the place.

Jayce then saw Voidlings crawling up from underground, attacking the nearby nobles. Jayce, seeing this, felt another weak attack on his mental; forcing down the urge to throw up, he uses his abilities.

"Gura-Gura no mi: Gekishin" He exclaimed, Spherical bubble coated his fist, then he punches down on the ground

'Gura-Gura no mi: Gekishin (Severe earthquake)

Cost: The number of Stamina costs depends on the range usage. 300 S/M (stamina per mile)

*CRACK* A crack-like mirror image appeared in the air, aiming toward the earth.

Since the Voidlings are only at level F, facing Jayce's true damage, their health bar quickly empty. He generously donates 600 Stamina to the system as all the voidlings within the 2 miles underground died.

That took care of the problem, the only issue is the remaining Voidlings who crawled out of the holes earlier.

Good nature as he is, he wasn't a saint either; so, he decides to ignore the ongoing chaos, prioritizing his mission and his mother's safety. By now, already has seen too many gores and death, he already numbed his sympathy toward others. This is not Earth, but a cruel, dog-eat-dog world; unless he's strong enough, no fear to anything, he will only prioritize himself and his family.

Two more minutes had already passed, with only 4 minutes of the activation left, he needed to find Caitlyn, and fast.

He closes his eyes and concentrates. Since he got a boost of 500% Fire proficiency, he can be considered as a master of fire. Using the warmth of moisture in the air, he quickly finds Caitlyn. She, along with her parents, is in the master room, upstairs. He along with his mom went to their location.

"AHHHHHH, MONSTER!." Cassandra yells.

"FOUL BEAST, GET AWAY FROM MY FAMILY." followed up by Tobias. He stood up and shielded his wife and daughter behind him.

When Jayce entered the room, the Kiramman family was scared shitless.

"Erm, please listen to m-." Jayce was now in a dilemma; he had no idea how to convince them. As he was about to speak again, his mother came forward.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Kiramman." Ximena, although she doesn't know what happened to him, she's still his mother. She can feel the dilemma in Jayce and decided to help him out.

"This gentleman here is a special soldier from the Oversea, I hired him as my guardian. In this turbulent time, let's help each other and get out of here safely." She said Ximena doesn't want to expose her son's secret to other people. People might be wicked and fiddle, the fewer people know about this matter, the better.

[A/N: There are HP in this story, so dealing true damage means ignoring defense, dealing damage to their health bar instead. Due to complications, I won't add HP stat. I'll just use percentages to let y'all know (e,g. 50% health, 20% health left.)]
