A not so pleasant morning

[AN: Warning! Read the Synopsis! You've been warned!]

"Good morning, *Yawn*" Caitlyn, who just woke up, greets Ximena; the latter is in the kitchen, cooking up breakfast.

"Good morning, Caitlyn. How was your sleep?"

"I feel great! This is the best sleep I ever had! I also felt stronger and more energetic!"

"Haha, it would be weird if you didn't" A voice came from behind her, making the little girl yelp.

"The house was arranged with various arrays to attract Arcane energies, if a normal person lives in the house, they won't have to fear normal illnesses and their lifespan would expand by a small margin!" The mysterious voice is Poppy! With her still wearing the shiny armor with the hammer attached to her back.

"Wow! SUGOI!" Caitlyn's sapphire eyes lit up. Ever since she saw the existence of Arcane power, her previous goal, which was to become one of the legion's soldiers, had changed, now, her new goal is to pursue the pinnacle of Arcane Prowess!

'Arcane power! When will I get the chance to use them? Should I ask her? Would that be a bother' Caitlyn inwardly struggled, the hero had already saved the life of her and her family, the debt is already something she won't be able to pay in this life, so she feels timid of asking her for another favor.

Poppy who saw through her struggles, smiles.

"Hey, kid. Do you want to join our organization?"

"Mhm!?" Did she hear what she just heard? Maybe she heard it wrong?

"Me?" Her eyes dart around the room, wondering if she was talking to someone else.

"Yes you, unless you don't want to join us. That would be a shame, you would be able to learn how to use Arcane Energies, but..." Poppy said, pretending to be disappointed with a smirk on her face.

"YES! I WANT I WANT!" Caitlyn's head bobbled up and down with extreme speed, like a chicken.

"But... are you sure? I'm just an ordinary person, I'm not like Jayce... So why me?" Although she wants to join the group, but why her? She is not like Jayce with his awesome power or a famous person. She doesn't want to join the group just to be a burden.

*BANG*

"OWWWWW! What was that for?" Caitlyn held her head in pain, tears threatening to fall.

"Rule number 1 kiddo, you can lose to enemies, but must not lose to fear! Don't underestimate yourself, you have more potential than you think!"

"Since you are part of the League now, you will be under my care, kid, understand?" Poppy warns her.

Caitlyn, who heard her, didn't feel afraid, but she couldn't control her tears anymore.

*Sobs*

"Yes, yes mam." These were not tears from the pain, but from the joy she's feeling! She rushed to Poppy, trying to embrace her.

*BANG* too bad, her head went straight toward the hard metal armor.

"OWWWWWWWW!"

"Jeeze, why don't you take off that armor of yours for once."

"Astral Fusion!" Soraka berated poppy, as she uses her signature healing ability on the girl's bleeding head.

"Hmmph! I feel more comfortable wearing this, why don't you take off your clothes then. I'll take mine off if you do." Poppy smiled lecherously at her. Oh, how she wants to explore that devious body!

Soraka ignores her flirting, seems like she already got used to the midget's behavior.

"Now, now, enough guys, breakfast is ready, let's come and eat!" Ximena spoke out from the kitchen then she turned toward the healed Caitlyn with a smile.

"Caitlyn, would you mind if you go and wake Jayce up?" Her smile seems to have hidden meaning!

Caitlyn heard her blushes, but she didn't deny the request, with excitement, she "slowly" went upstairs.

"Ha, Youth! Wish I can relive them." Poppy sighs with envy. She was once too, a young and innocent maiden, mind you!

At the door, Caitlyn fidgets her fingers, debating whether to enter.

"Jayce?" She knocks on the door. She didn't hear any answer so she decides to go inside.

*Creek* Caitlyn pushes the door slowly. She peaks in the room and spots the guy, who is sleeping soundly on the bed. Tiptoeing slowly toward Jayce.

"Jayce? Wake up!" She went near the bed, called his name, but Jayce didn't respond. He seems to be in a "deep slumber".

'Why is he so handsome!?' Caitlyn muttered as she observe his face, she didn't get to clearly see his face the last time, at the hospital, because he was covered with medical instruments. Now that she took a closer look at his handsome face, her maiden heart skips a few beats!

His baby-plump cheek, his colorful brown hair, his eyebrows, everything about him seemed to fascinate her! Her eyes moved down along the line until she saw something. A vertical-like object poking under the blanket. Her head tilts in confusion.

'What is that? Is that a stick? Why does he have a stick under his blanket? It must be uncomfortable, let me remove it for him.' her kind, innocent and curious nature took over her, she couldn't help but stretch out her hand and touches the "Object."

'Wow, it's hard! Like a solid pipe!' when her hand touches the "Object", she felt an extreme hardness!

*Grip* then she took a hold of it, she tries to move it, but the thing won't budge! As if glued in place.

*Moan* A low but soft grunt came from Jayce, making her jump away in panic.

'Phew, I knew it! The stick must have made him uncomfortable, he even grunted! I must remove the stick!' She approaches him once more, reaches her hands under the blanket, wanting to take it out from underneath.

*drip* But once her hand touched the top of the stick, she felt something slimy touch her finger, made her panic, and took her hands back in a hurry.

'What is this?' Caitlyn looks at the slimy liquid in her fingers.

*Sniff* Her eyes brightened.

'It smells so good! Like lavender!' With curiosity like a cat, she brought it up her mouth, licking the unidentified "Liquid"

'Wow! It tastes like honey!' Caitlyn looks at the "object" with bright eyes, wondering if she can taste it again. The liquid tasted extremely sweet! Sweeter than anything she had ever tasted. She wants more!

With quiet steps, she approaches him once more, but this time...

*lift* Caitlyn slowly lifts the blanket off him. Revealing Jayce and his.... naked body?

"AHHHHH!" Caitlyn made a big Yelp! Covered her eyes with both hands. Her face turns red.

After several seconds, she peels her finger off, looking through the crack between them. There, she sees Jayce sleeping with his "stick" proudly raising its head, staring at her mockingly! On the top of the "stick", she sees it, the translucent liquid that she had tasted!

Although she's innocent and pure, Caitlyn at least has an idea of what that "stick" is! And if 1+1=2, then the thing she tasted was....!! Her face burned red,

'dd... did I.. taste..that thing.?' With tears that were threatening to fall from her eyes, she ran outside the room, heading downstair

'WAHHHHH! I am not pure anymore! I tasted his things!!!! How am I supposed to get married in the future now *sobs*.' Her mother told her that once a guy shows his body or vice versa, she must marry the person as she's prohibited from showing it to anyone else, that is indecent!

"hmmm! That bad meanie, he must have purposely done this! To force me to marry him!!!! I mean I wouldn't mind....but... AHHH, I'M TOO ANGRY *sobs*" She mumbles as she cries, heading downstairs to request backups!
