Chapter 20-Traveling back

A bright light flashed while Itachi struggled to open his eyes. He felt someone calling in the distance, but it was difficult to move as his whole body felt... Strange. Slowly opening his eyes he looked down to see the miniature elder and Kayda in human form wait... miniature?

He struggled to stand up, but he completely fell over shaking the ground as he realized he a 50 meter tall Black Dragon! He slowly stood on all fours which felt weird, yet natural at the same time. Turning his scaly head back his saw majestic black wings behind him. Looking down he saw long razor sharp talons on his front legs that cut through the ground with almost no resistance. His already perceptive vision seemed to have increased as he spotted an ant moving on the ground a few hundred meters away.

Looking over he saw Kayda looking concerned and he quickly attempted to talk from this form which surprisingly wasn't difficult. He reassured everyone "I am alright, but this may take awhile to get used to." He said taking time to get used to the completely different sensation of having a dragon body.

After he felt a bit more confident in moving his different body parts, he gathered power in his legs before leaping off into the sky majestically shooting through the sky.

That is what he would like to say, but the reality was he crashed into the side of the mountain rolling down before finally catching himself before rolling off a cliff which would not have been fun strong body or not.

'This is going to take a while to get used to' he thought as he spent some time working on moving his wings first learning how to hover in place before he tried to fly again. The others only watched since elder warned them it would be difficult for someone to get used to.

For the next two days, Itachi mastered his abilities as a dragon as he could finally soar around easily breaking the sound barrier as he flew around like a black jet that was much faster than his wind wings. He learned how to control his long spiky black tail that could be used as a lethal weapon.

He had attempted to cast magic as a dragon and he was not disappointed. He did not seem to be able to cast it from anywhere like when he was a human, but the easiest places where from his mouth and claws. Gathering his blue flames in his mouth, Itachi shot it out at the mountainside instantly melting a large portion of it satisfying Itachi.

Similarly he could also shoot out lightning and wind magic from his mouth making him an elemental dragon that would have a large advantage over other creatures. He could imbue his claws with the elemental energy, yet he did not seem to be able to discharge it.

Returning to the village he arrived on the platform before concentrating on how he looked as a human. Sure enough he quickly felt himself shrink down returning to that familiar form he was so used to. Over the past two days he had practiced this a few times, and he was greatly relieved it worked since as much as he liked this form, he didn't want to spend the rest of his life as a dragon.

The elder and Kayda were waiting there for him. "I see you have gotten the hang of your new form" the elder said happy to see it went alright

"Yeah its time to leave however, It's time I go visit a few old friends" Although Itachi had been away for a while, he had been keeping tabs on his girlfriend and family. Xue'er was doing well and she had made the national team.

She had suffered a blow to her reputation however when her uncle Mu He had been caught dealing with the black vatican. The Mu main family tried to get her replaced with her cousin Mu Tingting, but she proved she deserved spot so she was on the team, and the unbiased leaders of the team

While Itachi may be wanted he wasn't regarded as a criminal. They labeled him missing and that the Holy Court wanted to find him, but he knew their true goal was to kill him. He needed to take care of them some time since they were a huge bother, but the only person there who would have the ability to fight Itachi was archangel Michael so they were not a huge threat.

Besides, he did not plan to reveal himself just yet. He would probably go undercover since it would be hard for most to recognize him. He said goodbye to the elders as Kayda and him transformed shooting off into the sky towards the distant China. While it did feel strange, Itachi was getting more used to this form, and he loved the feeling of flying through the sky above the clouds.

Itachi's strength had greatly increased in this form and any aerial enemies they met would flee in terror at the sight of the near emperor level Itachi. With just a flap of his wings Itachi could create tornados and it was no wonder why emperors were labeled as country destroying threats. Itach also realized he could force many weaker monsters into obedience who would shiver in fear at the presence of the emperor essentially becoming his servants, although he didn't plan to use it that much.

While he was flying through the sky, he decided to make a call to Ling Ling who he had been keeping in touch with a bit. Transitioning to his normal form he quickly summoned wind wings before landing on top of Kayda. he created a wind barrier to his call would not be affected and he dialed the number.

"Mo Fan is that you" she said excitedly not having heard from him in a while. He had explained his reasons for not coming back yet and she was quite annoyed at how low the Holy Court was to target him just because they feared the demon element.

"Yeah, I'm actually going to be arriving shortly back to China. Just wanted to check in how everything is going."

"Wow, really? By the way your sister is going to become a student at the famous Parthenon in Greece. As a talented mage of Healing and Psychic, it is no surprise, but they seem to be in a rush to leave and they will soon be leaving from a private airport in Hangzhou. She didn't exactly agree yet but they are in a rush and they didn't even give her time to tell her father." she said nervously

"Hmm quite arrogant arn't they? I approve her going there, but they are being a bit too much not giving her time to say goodbye. Better go have a chat with them" he said smirking dangerously as he already imagined scaring them off.

"Don't do anything too bad, the Parthenon is very powerful." she said worried since they were a powerful organisation with many super mages

"I'll be fine, they won't be able to do anything to me even if they want to. Anyway it was nice talking to you, I'll see you later Chao" he said before hanging up. Flying high up in the clouds, he startled more than a few magicians who were shocked at seeing two large black dragons flying next to each other.

Flying onto land, a few super tier mages tried to attack him, but their attacks did not really do anything to them as they sped past quickly losing them. They touched down in a forrest near Hangzhou transforming back into their human forms.

"The private field should be around here" he said to Kayda who nodded in understanding

"Let me handle them. No need to kill them just teach them a bit of lesson."

He flew over putting away kayda as the private airfield came into view. A plane was seen preparing to take off.

<On the plane>

"I'm sorry, but we urgently need to return to Greece now. Miss Ye Xinxia, just come along. Your mentor has already agreed. We'll notify your family later, too. I know it's a bit of a rush, but we've shown you our utmost sincerity!" exclaimed a middle-aged teacher of Parthenon Temple politely.

"Mr. Glorkian, please allow me to leave if you're in a rush. I can go back to school myself. As for going to Greece, I have to discuss it with my family first," Ye Xinxia replied firmly to the teacher of Parthenon Temple.

"We'll let your family know. Don't worry, if you wish, we can even send someone over to invite them to Parthenon Temple as our guests, so they will learn the greatness of the college that you're studying in. I believe they will agree that you've made a wise decision. Captain, time to hit the sky. We have to reach Greece before night falls," said Glorkian.

The man seemed polite, yet his temperament was irresistible, as if everything he said only served as a notice. There was basically no room for discussion!

"Sir, someone is in the sky ahead. They are preventing us from taking off!" said the vice-captain.

"Digaeus, go handle it. Just chase them away. If a fight breaks out here, the people of Lingyin Enforcement Union are going to trouble us," said the blond, curly-haired Glorkian.

Itachi's calm yet penetrating voice spread throughout the field "Well Well Well, what do we have here? The mighty Parthenon practically kidnapping a student?"

The angry Digaeus quickly flew over "If you do not move out of the way I will have to make you. Classes start tomorrow and we can not waste any time dealing with this."

"Call your boss out, dealing with you would be beneath my dignity" he said mockingly watching in pleasure as the cocky Parthenon teachers face turned completely red in anger "Even if your a student, there is nothing wrong with giving you a lesson" he said viciously looking at Itachi's young appearance. He quickly casted High tier earth magic as red sand surrounded him that he could control at will.

He immediately made a whip striking towards Itachi who simply blasted it away with his powerful wind magic. Digaeus immediately reformed it and kept trying to strike at him with his magic, yet it didn't seem to be able to touch him at all as this youths wind magic seemed to be on a very high level able to fend off the attacks.

Activating wind track, Itachi sped behind the strong high tier mage shocking the man with his speed. He tried to defend with his earth magic, yet Itachi slipped past his guard throwing a strong lightning bolt hitting the exposed man knocking him out.

Xin Xia's hurried telepathic message rang in his mind "Brother Fan, is that you?"

Smiling he respoded back "Yes, but don't give away my identity. I just came for a little trip. I approve of you studying there, but they should be knocked down a couple pegs"

"Be careful, the leader is a super mage" she mentally said in a worried tone

"I'll be fine just you see" He said

An angry Glorkian jumped out of the plane angrily looking at the youth before him "What ever power you think you got behind you, it would be wise not to offend the Parthenon"

"I'm just looking after a friend. It was not very nice of you to practically kidnap her without letting her see her family at all"

"We were in a rush and she could call them on the plane" he said angrily "Now I can forgive you for knocking out my associate if you leave now"

"You know, I could use a good spar" Itachi said looking at the other mage

Immediately high level plant magic erupted around Itachi as the super mage had already been secretly preparing to cast it.

Immediately a trap erupted around Itachi as he was surrounded by thousands of vines that encased him while many black worms inside rushed to digest him.

Glorkian looked the encased plant trap a little worried wondering if he went too hard on the kid. As angry as he was, he probably shouldn't have used such high level magic on a student because it would cause many international issues if he had a good background and he was killed.

Suddenly a powerful blue flash erupted out as the high level plant magic disintegrated from the heat of the fire. He looked on in shock as the University age student walked out completely unharmed with almost a... lazy look on his face? "I am a super mage!" Glorkian thought angrily 'how dare he act like this' immediately many bolts of lightning flashed around him as he prepared to cast high tier lightning magic. As much as he wanted to use super magic, that would cause an international issue since it would attract a lot of attention.

Immediately the destructive bolt obviously boosted by at least a soul grade seed shot towards the unconcerned Itachi who made no signs of moving. Suddenly he disappeared in a silver flash 'was that space magic' he thought as Glorkian's sharp super tier senses made him feel an intense danger coming from behind him.

Whirring around he insta cast mid tier lightning shooting out his fist to meet the suddenly appearing Itachi. He was shocked however when Itachi grabbed his fist catching the lightning in the palm of his fist before throwing it aside with the 2 times more powerful bolt streaking across the tarmac ripping the concrete to shreds.

Itachi summoned a spear that he put right to the super mages neck who instantly froze in fear as the fear of death overwhelmed him. Sweat nervously dripped down his neck as he couldn't even swallow for fear of slicing open his neck.

Laughing playfully Itachi removed his spear "That was a good spar, I just wanted to meet my friends teachers. No need to look so frightened"

Pausing for a second Itachi's sudden playful tone turned very serious "Now, I will be trusting you to teach my friend at the Parthenon so if anything happens, you will be the first I look for" Itachi said putting on a menacing tone that frightened the poor mage very much.

Sweat visibly dripping he immediately agreed "Yes, Yes I will protect her with my life no need to worry about a thing" he said nervously cursing his luck that such a seemingly easy mission had almost gotten him killed.

"Now I'm going to have a little chat with my friend. You wouldn't mind right?" He grinning playfully

'Yes of coure, take as much time as you want" Glorkian said cordially slowly recovering a bit

"Thank you" Itachi said before making his way over to his sister who was still inside the plane mouth open in shock at how powerful her big brother had gotten. He had also changed his appearance too, and while those close might still recognize him as she had, his blond hair along with slightly different build over the past year would make it difficult for many to make the connection.

Ling Ling had informed her as well as her father on Itachi's situation how although he was labeled as missing, he couldn't return due to the Holy Court. At best, they would let him live most likely putting something similar to a slave seal on him to ensure his loyalty. At worst they would simply execute him to eliminate the threat that the demon element brings. While some of them may have believed he died in the wilderness, most were not stupid enough to hope for that as they had offered a reward to find him as if they were a concerned relative which disgusted Itachi. He would definitely deal with them in the future, but now was not the right time.

"Hey sis long time no see" he said happily reaching over to wrap her up in a hug enjoying the warmth it brought.

"Hey, I missed you" she said blissfully as she was finally reunited with her brother who she had not seen in over a year.

Breaking away Itachi looked at her seriously "While I don't have much time, I wanted to say goodbye to you. Don't worry about your teachers, they are ok but I had to scare them a little since they were being rude taking you right away. You need to work hard on your cultivation while you are there ok"

'mmmhm" she mumbled sad he would be going. "Ling Ling told us your circumstances, but where have you been all this time?"

"I have been at the Liberty University in america and it has been quite a nice vacation. Don't worry too much about the Holy Court. You will be safe at the Parthenon, and I can handle myself." he said confidently to somewhat ease her concerns.

"Now, I have to go, but I will come to visit you at the Parthenon soon so don't worry" he said before kissing her soft cheek causing a blush to appear on the sisters face. "You better" she said threateningly a little sad at how short her reunion with her brother was.

He signaled over to Glorkian to come over as he said "I've said my goodbyes, take good care of her. I will probably visit in the future" he said before mysteriously turning away. He told Xin Xia not to tell them his name so they still had no idea who he was.

Next he was going to surprise his girlfriend a bit. It's been a long time since I have seen her, and I can't wait to try some things he thought excited he could be with her again. Flying up high into the sky out of view, he transformed into a dragon once again shooting off like a black missile
