Night time in paradise is a sight to see, where all the lights vary in color and the intensity of atmosphere is harsh yet healing.

Meanwhile Kira is finally free to buzz around Whiro.

They are resting at the same spot they left off and Whiro is gathering all the info he knows.

Kira is flying around Whiro nonstop and is asking him a load of questions.

"What happened to the titans?"

"Where did the strong titan go?"

"Did you see the two idiots that was causing havoc?"

"How long have I been inside?"

"Why couldn't I leave the pocket?"

"How did you survive?"

So on and so forth.

At the same time Whiro is focused on all the info he has to figure out a guess estimate of who the witch really is.

Whiro is having conversations with himself.

"She lived long enough to be acquainted with the Godkins. Is powerful enough to keep the underground world at bay to the surface and is very well known everywhere I go."

Whiro snapped out of it and stood up.

"There's no possible conclusion here, I need to hear it from her."

Whiro is so tired, he set aside the preparations and asked Kira if she can watch over him.

Paradise lits up about the same time the sun hits the surface and this is a phenomenon Whiro is curious about. After a good rest Whiro started picking up pebbles that he can use to teleport around. Kira is still very energetic and continued to ask questions.

They walked miles of distance almost closing in the border.

The sight was breathtaking.

A super large hollow with it's own water cycle process. Clouds that are hovering and light blue background completely similar to surface in all aspects. Wyverns including other flying beasts are dancing around, swiveling, twisting and flying.

Kira knew what's going to happen so she held on to Whiro's backpack. Step after step he comes rushing to the edge and before he gets there he stopped and he lets the gravity do its job. He tucked his hands while slightly shifting his weight into a spinning action.

After a good minute of spiraling fall Whiro spread his arms and feet similar to a flying squirrel and tucked his hands to his sides and started flying. The way his floatation works is by shrouding his body with air pressure so intense that it negates the breeze and keeps his positioning controlled. The weight of his body is precisely being shifted to reduce gravitational pull to an extent that he's levitating by a light push. By moving his arms, feet and head he can maneuver very well in such manner. This was conducted in his dream state and was tested to replicate the atmosphere of paradise.

Whiro is so happy that he forgot the dangers thy lurks in this part of the paradise.

"Look Kira there's flying rabbits and frogs" Whiro is explaining his current excitement.

Then after passing a certain area a few shadows flew from the sides and underneath them. Kira is hanging by the pocket and saw the shadows in the corner of her eye, immediately tapped Whiro in the back and told him about it.

"I saw something flew over us, I don't think they're friendly.

Whiro immediately scanned the area and found 12 targets that are flying around them.

"Yea they're following us " -Whiro responded back. He then amped the shroud and pulled a teleportation stone. Kira went right in to her dimension and to hide because she'll just slow Whiro down.

One of the 12 that were following them stopped and it was directly in front of Whiro so he took a halt and hovers . "It looks like a devil but not quite the devils that we know about"

It got a really skinny feature with long arms and legs. Shinny gray skin with horns, tails and wings of a bat.

It stared at Whiro for no more than 2 Minutes then left without any noise. The way it left was so eerie that Whiro felt chills all over his body even though he's not easily scared it took him a good effort to brush it of as if nothing happened. "Kira we're good" Whiro calls her so he can describe what he had seen to Kira.

They're still mid air and found a cavity in one of the walls, so he immediately flew there to conserve and regain some of the energy he spent. The cavity looks small at first but when he scanned it the entirety of it was a series of complicated tunnels. "It might not be a good idea to stay here" Kira suggested.

Whiro responded with "we just need to take a quick break."

He hesitated and then proceeded to change his mind due to his burning curiosity of the unknown. Whiro added immediately "this caving system looks too complicated we might find something, I can set a teleportation stone right here just in case."

" I expected you to change your mind, I'd be more surprised if you didn't." She smiled telling Whiro not to worry about her remarks.

Their chemistry is good. Kira reminds Whiro of the dangers and Whiro puts in more thought into doing reckless things. It's like a sibling relationship that feeds off mutual understanding of each other's strengths.

After Whiro got his stamina back to 100% he proceeded to set a stone near the exit directly pointing towards the entryway. He added barriers and detection magic to notify him if something will ambush their teleportation spot.

He then proceeded to walk and to his surprise the whole tunneling system is fully functioning with lights and pathways that points to most used route. "I wonder what kind of intelligent entity lives here?"

They entered a gate like entrance with no doors. Whiro looked left then looked right and didn't see anything other than a bigger space area no infrastructures but a clean carved out space. In there he saw five different tunnels in different directions scattered from bottom all the way to the top. "I'm guessing that whoever lives here can fly" Kira commented while being amazed to the size of the holes.

Whiro agreed and then they picked the top one due to his hunch. Whiro can easily scan the place but what's the fun in that is what he thinks. Kira flew right beside Whiro while both of them entered the top tunnel. After reaching the top the tunnel arches back to where they can walk and after reaching that in goes back up and when they reached the end a huge space welcomed them with buildings with no roads that are attached to the walls. "Oh!"

Whiro said sarcastically after seeing all the avian humanoids halts to their entrance.

Kira's jaw dropped to how populated the space is and how lively the place is.

One thing runs in Whiro's head was that why in the world was there no guards or whatsoever on these entrances and they easily managed to walk right in til they got to their city.

Whiro always don't move whenever he gets out on this kind of predicament.

Kira immediately flew close to Whiro so she can easily go to his backpack. Everyone there was looking at them and then went on whatever they're doing. Even then Whiro did not move from his spot. One flew towards them curiously looking at Whiro and then started speaking in a unknown language. It then signaled to folllow him and they flew to one of the bigger buildings on middle section of the space.

It then demonstrated to Whiro on how to sit on of the chairs. It's not a chair but a structure similar to a branch big enough for the avian humanoids bird feet to latch on. But due to Whiro being human he sat on it instead. The avian humanoid looked at Whiro and made laughing sound. Whiro gathers as much sound as he can then proceeds to process it. After a few tries he managed to learn a few basic sounds however there was no one around.

6 avian hybrid humanoid flies in their direction and their flying has a distinct sound to it. Whiro knew that someone will come talk to them. The 6 of them positioned themselves around and tucked their wing in their back. Whiro immediately talked in their language saying "I apologize."

The 6 of them looked at each other and in unison looked at Whiro. " blah blah… blah … never blah blah blah. Before"

Whiro is trying to process their language again and it's too complicated for him to crack.

Whiro acted to see if they have a book by pulling out the book from his inventory and pointing at it. 6 of them looked at each other again and after talking to each other one more flew in and had a scroll instead of a book in his hand. Gave it to Whiro then left and it was quiet for a few minutes. Whiro then took a nap right on the spot while Kira is sitting on his shoulder.

She is looking at them comfortably in response to how they treated them so far.

At the same time Whiro is running studies on the scroll and added it on his library. He's fascinated on the fact that nothing matches to their language so far. But he can decipher it in no time. All he did was mix match the noises he heard in to the writings. What made it even easier is that the letters is more like drawings than letters. After he ingrained them on his consciousness he immediately snapped out of his nap and started conversing with them.

"You guys said we never had visitors like you guys before"

The 6 of them started laughing in amazement.

"Yes, you understand us. This makes it easier"said the brown feathered one.

"Yes your language is very interesting."

Whiro added to their already excited expressions.

"How did you guys find this place?"

Asked by the red and orange feathered one.

"We were being chased by this demonic creatures and we need to take break then found out there's tunnels" Whiro responded.

"You must be talking about the ghoulish. They won't harm you. They're probably happy to see something new around them."

"That's probably why one of them stopped to look at us." Whiro responded with relief.

"Hmm.. one of them stopped in front of you?"

Says by the red, orange feathers one.

"Yes?! Is that good or?" Whiro changed from relieved to anxious.

"They don't normally show themselves to others, they will normally fly around you without you noticing and for them to show up is something unheard of."

Whiro is now wondering why that one ghoulish

Stopped right in front of them.

Now that he thinks about it he felt no bloodlust from that said ghoulish.

While he's thinking of various thing one of the 6 asked Whiro a question. "You seem to have no I'll intentions.. by chance that you guys want to stay over here and share stories with out elders?"

The dark blue feathered one added. "Our kind loves tales and knowledge and if it's something that will help us develop as a family then we will award you with something In similar value."

The grayish almost white feathered one was observing and figured that they're both strangers to each other so took the initiative to do introductions.

"Welcome to one of the city of Orylis kingdom the home of Queen Solia, the city of purebloods. My name is Veralin, the red feathered one is Soleris, the brown one is Makat, the dark blue one is Saverin, the other white feathered one is my brother Xiraphe, and lastly our king with the yellow feather is Xelevis."

Whiro is surprised that they're in one of the biggest city of their kingdom.

He then snapped back up to introduce himself " My name is Whiro I'm a human raised by the witch, this little friend of mine is a fairy her name is Kira we are traveling to find clues about the witch."

The 6 of them reacted weird when they heard the word witch then continued to act normal.

The king finally spoke "Nice to meet you Whiro and Kira. I'm familiar of the fairies they used to visit us a while back. And I would like to apologize to our reaction but the witch is someone we haven't heard of for a while now. She is quite a figure to be even mentioned pretty much everywhere."

Whiro knew why but didn't pushed the topic any further and asked about something else instead. "Why are you guys unguarded around here?"

The king responded with a laugh "We don't have guards like other kingdom's because everyone in here is strong. Purebloods are almost a god like figure everywhere you go. By my guess you guys came across the titans. We have one pureblood in their deities. I can also sense you came across the godkins even they would have a hard time dealing with a pureblood." Another avian hybrid flew in holding drinks and food on a tray like wooden bowl. The king continued "come help yourselves. Anyways where was I… oh yeah the reason why no one stands guard is because everything you guys went through from the drop is our territory, we have various sub species under our wing of protection. And in turn they keep unwanted beings from even passing to the ghoulish area. How we determine is a secret haahaha *laughing hysterically* you guys are far from being a danger to us. Even the ghoulish let you pass which means you guys are not above their level. Once you reach a certain level of power they'll immediately notify us to prevent casualties. I'm sorry for talking too much. I got too excited and didn't notice the time."

Veralin took over "while you're considering our offer come stay for a while we have a place for guests here. I'll show you the way."

Whiro looked at Kira and Kira said " I don't think it's nice to reject their offer."

Whiro then looked at them and said "I won't turn down the offer and before we go rest I would like to say I accept to share stories with your elder."
