Day 9 IV - Deceived

A humanoid figure could be seen standing in front of a table filled with alchemical equipment. On the side was a flask that was filled with a crimson substance that shone red every now and then as if it had its own heartbeat.

The humanoid figure continuously put a few drops of the crimson liquid inside the alchemical substance he was created before observing the reaction the substances would have after mixing. While some would end with explosions, others would simply turn into foam and some would even simply just change color. However, the only thing similar between each test was the fact that they were all always thrown out before another combination between the red substance and the alchemical substances was created to try a new formula and see if it would succeed.

Eventually, the flask filled with the red substance had been emptied out making the figure frown in discontent.
