The Return Of The Hero From Another World

After the blinding light disappeared and his sense of sight have returned, he surveyed his surroundings and noticed that the pure white space which commonly used in Isekai novels... was nowhere to be see.

But the room, or rather the bedroom, that he was currently standing in was very familiar to him. It was his very own bedroom when he was still on earth.

Even though already two decades have passed since then, he still felt like it was just yesterday.

「... I didn't expect that you would really take my suggestion to decorate your place instead of the previous empty white space, but making it a copy of my old bedroom was out of my expectation. Anyway, where are you now, Onee-chan?」

When he said that, someone jumped on his back and clung on his neck, making the back of his head be buried into the cleavage of soft breast.

「Onee-chan?」

「Ehehehe~ Onee-chan just missed you so much, so let me stay hugging you like this for now.」

Although they have always talked with each other telepathically, hugging Rei within her arms and feeling every bit of him made her feel very warm and fuzzy inside.

She carried Rei towards the living room and took a seat with Rei on her lap. She then took out a tray of cupcakes and juice, which she prepared and cooked beforehand using the method of mortals, from her dimensional storage and made Rei taste it.

The woman beside Rei is the same goddess who summoned him two decades ago.

The place they are right now is within the domain of the goddess. Although currently it looks just exactly like the copy of Rei's house but nothing can be seen outside the window other than a white background.

When he was 16, he was summoned by the goddess who asked him to defeat the Demon King as a Hero.

The goddess promised him that, when he defeated the demon king, she will return him to his world exactly a second after when he was summoned so that he doesn't need to be worried about his family being worried about his disappearance.

Now that Rei defeated the Demon King, he can now return to his previous world. Although already more than 100 years have passed, which Rei didn't know because he thinks it's only 20 years like the age of his eldest daughter, the goddess already know what Rei wants to ask the moment he arrived in this place.

It's just a small thing compared to the favor he have done for her. Considering that he defeated the Demon King of a world that he don't have anything to do with. And she still needs to give him a reward for what he did and returning him to his original world is not included because it is what she should do.

Though the goddess still prefer if he don't return to his world and just stay in the Is-kai as the World God of that world.

「After all the things that I've done, I didn't expect that Rei-chan would still want to return back to his home world... Haa..」, the goddess muttered to herself and sighed.

「Things that Onee-chan did?」 Rei, who was licking the icing on her cupcake, tilted his head when he heard her mutter.

「Hmm? Oh, it's nothing. Onee-chan was just reminiscing about some stuffs that I did these past few decades.」

Unknown to Rei, the goddess ordered the clueless priestess to always stick closer at his side.

She wanted to make him and the priestess develope feelings to each others, which she eventually succeeded, so that Ren would stop thinking of returning to his world.

At the same time, the goddess even pulled some strings to make him always be surrounded by women, although the goddess needed to trick the naive priestess first into making her accept that it was all for preventing Ren to return to his world and don't leave her.

She did it all so that he would stop on thinking of returning or else he would have too many people to left behind.

She even dragged his fateful battle with the Demon King and made excuses, like he needs to learn many skills to surely defeat the Demon King, because he already became overpowered within a week after he was summoned.

But since a certain Primordial Goddess instructed her to always grant anything Rei ask, all of her efforts went in vain now that Rei wants to return.

Stopping her train of thoughts, she turned her focus on Rei who was blissfully eating a cupcake and seemed to forgot his intention of coming here. Seeing Rei enjoying the treat she baked, made her also feel happy. Although she felt bad to interrupt him, they still need to talk something important.

「Rei-chan, since you've already made up your mind, I want to warn you about the calamity which your world will face once you return.」

Hearing what she said made Rei look at her with a surprised face like a pikachu and he even forgot to swallow down the mouthful of cupcake in his throat. Fortunately, as a strong being close to a god, he don't need to breathe air or else he would have choked.

Seeing that she said her words at the wrong time, made her feel bad and panicked for almost causing him harm. She hurriedly created a glass of water and helped him drink it while stroking his back.

After having finished drinking the glass of water, Rei recovered from his surprise but this time worry was written all over his face, which was extremely rare for Rei who didn't suffer even one hardship in life and always saw the world in sunshine and rainbow. His worried face only showed when he thought that he wouldn't be able to see his mother and when his…... wives gave birth to his…... daughters.

Hearing that he's not the cause of it made Rei at ease, but his resolution to return home became stronger. His intention on returning was just to reunite with his love ones that he left behind and ultimately retire from worldly matters. But it seems like fate has another plan for him.

「Alright. I'm sure you already told your family to get ready because they may get summon anytime, right? Let's bring them here first.」

Except the table and the sofas where they are still sitting, the walls, ceiling and anything in the living room suddenly vanished and the surrounding around became an endless white space.

The goddess was about to stand up and lead Rei to the wide space ahead of them, but Rei suddenly grabbed her arm and said,
