The Return of the Exiled SSS-grade Necromancer

Kill or be killed. The gods sent 5 exiles from each world to compete for power in the Academia - the otherworld Academy for the EXILES. Alab, with nothing but repressed emotions and tragic recollections on Earth, was forced into the battle of the fittest. He struggled and strategized his way to greater heights. In his venture for power, he married with death in exchange for the forbidden art of necromancy - the power that could even kill the creator of all - the ABSOLUTE ONE. He kissed fallacy and mockeries, all for greater power. But, there was a shortcoming. The necromancy skill that was rumored to be the strongest was weeded out of its prime. It is now degraded to the weakest E-grade. Little did fate know that Alab has awakened an SSS-grade unique skill that could upgrade the skills' level. Just when he thought that everything was going his way, his feet were pinned to the ground as he couldn't escape the creeping shadow of his past that was restless in spawning challenges. Things got crazier as the exiles learned of the current state of their planet. What would the exiles do when they discover that the planets that once ousted them, were now on the verge of destruction? Will these exiles choose to forget the fire of hate or will they add fuel to the scorching demise with the very hands exiled by their fellow citizens? Witness Alab and his fellow exiles as he battled adversities. On his side lurked his loyal army of undead. ----- Disclaimer: The art on the cover is not mine, if the owner wants it gone, please tell me. JOKES

Felix didn't have even an ounce of humor in his body. His conversation with others was minimal to the point that he could vividly remember each of his past conversations in this lifetime.

No one dared to talk to him.

Even back in their world, he was an exile even before he knew it. The kids his age either disdained him or feared him for his royalty lineage.

Felix felt doomed descent on him as he grew disoriented. His mind was chaotic as he couldn't come up with a joke.

He thought that he could just escape from this punishment and feebly pushed open the door, stepping his foot inside.

However, the successive system notice deterred him from eluding the punishment.

[Ding! Successful completion of the punishment will yield a corresponding class reward! Otherwise, a class penalty will be given]

[Penalty: The class will be revoked of access to various Academia facilities for the entire week]

[Reward: The class will be given free access to the Water Training Facility for a full week!]

[You only have 10 minutes to do the punishment]

[Remaining time: 10 minutes]

With his class' fate fully in his hands, Felix sluggishly raised his head only to see the piercing gazes of the entire Copper Class 3. Their glares sent knives to his core, warning him to reevaluate his decision.

"Ahmm, hi?", Felix was awkward.

A nudge on his shoulder sent him jumping from fright. Felix was easily startled.

Turning his head, Felix was startled once more as a bipedal green lizardwoman with blonde tangled hair and a red ribbon resting atop it bent and greeted Felix. A flurry red bra and skirt concealed her private parts.

With a red tint on her lips and her wagging tail, the lizardwoman winked at Felix.

"Hey young boy, I think you should enter the room now *wink*", the lizardwoman gestured and then nudged Felix to enter.

Felix recouped himself and shortly entered the room. He loitered in the teaching area as he scanned the seats above. The seats were mostly full and only five seats were vacant, four in the middle and the other in the rear part.

Felix lowered his head, attempting to take his seat. However, a gentle voice of a bunny girl in the front hampered his movement.

"You still have a punishment to do, cowardly boy, Garchu!", the bunny girl reminded.

Felix halted in his steps and scratched his head. He knew he could no longer escape his punishment with gazes piercing his all sides. Squinting his eyes, he went toward the center of the teaching area.

"Faster! Garchu!", the bunny species talked with 'garchu' sound. Her voice was gentle yet cold.

Felix quickened his steps. Once he reached the area, he saw the lizardwoman from earlier similarly entering the room. Cradled in her arms was a thick book with the title "Fundamentals of Academia". Her red heels didn't make a sound as she walked.

From her upright posture, it was evident that she was a professional.

Winking to the class, she opened her lengthy lizard mouth.

"Good morning students, I am Savra from the extinct Lizard clan and I am your assigned proctor for the subject 'Fundamentals of Academia'. I am looking forward to teaching and learning from you all.", Savra introduced.

She then turned her head to Felix and winked.

"Now, Mr---?",

"F--Felix"

"Mr. Felix, will you please entertain us before we start this hellish yet exciting semester?", Savra cheerfully urged.

Flustered, Felix nodded his head as he couldn't deal with the piercing gazes of the students anymore. He knew he had to do it lest he became a laughingstock or subject of contempt on this very first day.

Felix steeled his resolve.

Clutching his black-tinged uniform, Felix discreetly opened his mouth.

"What do you call---"

"Faster! Time is ticking!", the rabbit girl expedited.

*cough*

"What is a f--female elf called?", Felix stammered.

Savra and the students pondered for a moment and began throwing their answers. The rabbit girl was the first to speak.

"An elf woman?", she didn't give it much thought.

"It's a joke, you idiot! GRE!", a male ogre jeered toward the rabbit girl. But, she just shrugged it off.

Answers came one after another.

"Elf bride?", another shallow answer

"Elf maiden?"

With no correct answer among dozens of responses, Felix muttered.

"a--, a SHElf?"

"Well, that is corny, greee", the male red ogre was quick to react.

Biting his lips, Felix's hands began to profuse with sweat. The little confidence he had had waned to a speck.

It was a good thing that after a breath later, one student erupted with wild laughter.

"A SHELF?! WAHAHSAHAHAHAHA", a male troll was late to grasp the joke.

"Next!", the rabbit girl expedited once more. The time was ticking and they had little 6 minutes remaining.

Felix pondered for a joke...

"W---why couldn't the pony sing a lullaby?"

"Why?"

"Because she is a little horse?"

"HAHAHAHAHA!"

"HHAHAH!"

Two students laughed. And.... that was it...

Cringed expressions flashed on some students' faces. They were just from different planets and had sorts of humor. Felix even doubted that he could make everyone laugh.

Still, he proceeded.

"What did the rabbit say to the carrot?"

"You better make it decent, young boy, garchu!", the rabbit girl warned.

Felix was too late to consider the rabbit girl. He couldn't retract his joke anymore.

He muttered.

"It's nice gnawing you...?", Felix was squinting as he peered at the expression of the rabbit girl.

*smile*

'She smiled!'

"Well, I do love carrots, garchu!", the rabbit girl mumbled. But, she was the only one who laughed at that joke. There was no other.

Felix proceeded.

"What has 148 teeth and holding back a monster?", Felix recalled the joke of his father. A joke that made the entire dark elves erupt with laughter.

This time he was certain.

"What?"

Felix answered: "My zipper?"

"Iwww!"

"Pervert!"

That day was the day he was branded as a pervert all because of his dad's joke that he thought would be funny.

However, men actually found his joke humorous. They began laughing.

'23 out of 35, Im close!', he estimated, and then throw a joke right away.

The sudden spike of laughing students made Felix recoup his confidence. He threw another joke that was kind of different...

"My grief counselor died. He was so good that I don't even care"

*silence*

There came the dark joke...

"Ke! That was kinda dark", Girth muttered and then began laughing.

"KEKEKEKEKKEKE! I LOVE THAT! MORE!", the wildest laugh yet had erupted from the rear part. Girth just loved dark humor.

However, the others were indifferent.

[Remaining time: 1 minute]

Felix had 1 more minute remaining! He had to make everyone laugh in that little time.

Felix mulled for another joke.

"I cried when father chopped onions..."

"Onions was a good dog"

"KEKEEKKEMEMEK! MORE!"

"My nonexistential friend and I laugh about how competitive we are. But I laugh more."

"AHHAHAHAAH"

28 students laughed.

"Why are chemists great at solving problems? Because they have all of the solutions!"

"A horse walks into a bar.

The bartender says, "Why the long face?"

"What did the duck say when it bought some lipstick?...

"Put it on my bill."

"You know what they say about cliffhangers…"

Felix tried and tried but it was futile. Only a few laughed at his jokes. Then with the little 20 seconds remaining, the rabbit girl slammed the desk and stood.

*slam*

"Enough!", she shouted.

"Everyone, let us just laugh at the same time, okay? I think that will work even forced. Everyone just needs to erupt with laughter, garchu!", she added.

"Why would we listen to you? Gre?!", the red male ogre retorted.

However, amidst their arguments, a loud puff resounded from the rear part then what came after was a pungent smell.

"It stinks!"

It was a fart! And the wildest at that!

Everyone sniffed and then hastily run away from the room, puking at the corridor outside.

"WHO THE HECK FARTED AT THE ROOM!", professor Savra exclaimed as she similarly ran out of the room.

Remaining inside, Felix was flustered as his view turned to the staying two people in the rear part.

"Is that from you, Alab? KEKEKEKEE, IT STINKS! KEKEKEKE", Girth laughed.

Alab glared at Felix and muttered.

"Laugh, else, leave the room"

Hearing his words, Felix was quick and began forcing a burst of wild laughter.

"HAHAHAHHA"

Discreetly, Alab tickled himself. "HAHAahaha"

[Ding! You have completed the punishment!]

[Every student in the room has laughed]

[Copper Class 3 will be given free access to the water training facility for a week!]

[Ding! As the only successful class, Copper Class 3 is given another reward!]

[Ding! You have obtained a free pass ×1]

Looking through the image of Alab, Felix's eyes grew dilated as he muttered...

"You... It's you!", Felix smiled from ear to ear.

He finally met his savior.
