chapter 6 The Battle Begins

As Jake and The Enlightened moved closer to the source of the commotion, he couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation and dread. He had never been in a battle before, and he wasn't sure what to expect.

As they arrived at the scene, Jake saw a group of people gathered in a circle, surrounding what appeared to be a group of thugs. The thugs were armed and dangerous, and Jake knew that they had to be stopped.

Without hesitation, The Enlightened sprang into action. Mia manipulated time and space, Liam moved objects with his mind, David communicated telepathically with the group, and Amanda controlled the elements.

Jake watched in amazement as his friends used their unique abilities to take down the thugs one by one. He knew that he had to do his part, so he focused on copying their skills and making them his own.

Soon, Jake was able to join in the battle, using the skills he had copied to take down the remaining thugs. He felt a sense of exhilaration as he fought alongside The Enlightened, knowing that he was making a difference.
