"The party went well. There were so many to congratulate us and invite us to their homes or to parties they would host. We'll be the talk of the town in no time and all attention will be on our wedding so I must pay careful attention to it," said Beth.
"We'll have a small wedding," Jack said, leaving Beth's side to get himself a drink.
"A small wedding? Ha," Beth laughed since it was a terrible joke. "Why?"
"I've been married before so I don't see the point of having another grand wedding."
"But this is my first and what I consider to be my only wedding so I think it should be what I always imagined. You're going to be spending the rest of your life with me and I think you'll regret it later on if we don't have a good wedding to look back at. Please,' Beth pleaded, following Jack to cling to him.
