Three Elms was located on the outskirts of town. It was a vast land property privately owned by the Carters of Fram Hill.
The 20-hectare land, with its own lush forests, ranges of hills, and its own lake, was named Three Elms after the three oldest and largest elm trees in the area.
Three Elms was the perfect location for a quiet winter break. If Lily wanted to go boating, there was the lake. If she wanted a quiet walk, she would find herself under the shades of the forest canopy. If she wanted to see Fram Hill or the sunrise and sunset over the town from Three Elms, she could climb the highest hill with no difficulty.
