When facing a dragon during the hunt, the participant must withdraw if the dragon displays aggressive attitude towards the rider that indicates that it doesn't want to bond.
The Dragons decision must always take precedence regardless if the rider thinks otherwise. Forcing the bond is a treasonable offense.
