CHAPTER 36 New Friendships
WHAM! Anya punched Sushant in the face. "That's for what you did 3 years back. I was the cop who put you behind the bars and I won't hesitate again. Stay away."
Impressed by Anya's outburst, Raj glared at the excuse for a human in front of them, "who is the joker?"
"Her ex!" Andy replied, gesturing towards Mia who stood stunned at the turn of the events.
Anya had enjoyed the movie. She loved masala Bollywood movies but Iron Man 3 was a good movie too. More than the movie she enjoyed watching it with Andy and his group of friends. For the first time, she felt she belonged in a group.
It was a group of people from diverse backgrounds with varied interests and different personalities. She had never made friends for herself. She was more of a private person who did not necessarily dislike her loneliness, but enjoying some time off her routine with Andy's friends made her feel more human than she had ever felt.
