She landed.
From this devastating strike, his legs had turned to jelly. All he could do now was await his fall, and his eyes rolled into the back of his head.
*thud*
As he landed, his soul had almost swooped back into his body, making him fearfully run away from Aria speedily. His steps were like stomps and it definitely got him far, but it didn't get him far from Aria.
Lois continued to retreat, since he didn't really want to get hit by Aria again. The other problem was that he had no clue how to actually combat her strength. He wasn't all that much weaker than her but he hadn't trained for this circumstance. He simply assumed he'd be able to triumph with his power due to it being his best attribute.
From the crowds, certain humiliating remarks could be heard. These, especially, came from the stronger students.
"How is he losing he's like twice her size!"
"Except for power, this guy has nothing."
The students were chuckling like hyenas, and the crowd were more than keen on belittling him.
As he heard these comments, he stood stuck in place. The statements were simply too overwhelming for Lois to bear. He couldn't let himself lose to her.
With these growing emotions, he exploded with rage and his flaming aura coated his entire body. His eyes blazed a fiery red and his muscles grew even larger than before.
"RAAAARGH!!"
"He has even more power than before? I thought he was at his limit. He definitely won't be able to use this form long if he didn't use it from the start." Aria realised, looking at the student.
He had flowing brown hair that made him look like some celestial god.
Aria wasn't fearful but was determined. Determined to win.
*ZOOM*
Lois charged right at Aria and cocked his fist back, preparing for a murderous attack.
*FWOOM*
His aura swooshed as his arm extended, also being far more amplified and fast. Aria had her guard up but he was able to aim through this guard and hit her in the face, following up with an uppercut under the guard. Feeling these two attacks, Aria swiftly noticed that these punches weren't anything to be overlooked.
He had grown significantly with this power and she'd have to give it her all to succeed. Lois continued to burn himself out in rage, punching at her forearms. The earthy cloak across her arms made these attacks feel as if a cheerleader was trying to hit her with pompoms. Each attack was dulled and weakened enough for her to totally focus on the fight at hand. As he continued with his flurry of blows, Aria picked up on his steady combination of a left right hook combo. The only thing that would really change about this technique was that he'd aim at different parts of her body.
So, she awaited a right straight after a jab hit her right forearm. The flaming fist came crashing towards her fist but she wasn't bothered and had prepared. She made a swift swerve past the attack and the fist came crashing down over his right shoulder. Since Lois had been almost kept upright by Aria tanking his attacks, this overextension of his arm sent him flying forwards. From this, he began to slowly stumble and this gave Aria the perfect chance to strike.
Seeing this attack, Brandyn picked up on her use of a boxing slip and leaned forward in his chair, eager to see what she had to do next.
*WACK*
Her left fist snapped Lois' head in the opposite direction, also knocking his body away. As he saw Aria approach her, he lifted both arms and blocked the next attack that came towards him. This attack was slow but powerful, knocking his body around and away. What was noticeable was that he had a bruise across his forearm, which was somewhat hard to see under his roaring red aura.
Once this hit landed, he dropped his arms slightly and left his head completely open. Seeing this, Aria knew this chance was something she could capitalise on again. Planting her back foot, she snapped forward her two fists in a successive left-right combination and both attacks landed on his face.
He was able to handle the other attacks that came towards him but these two blows were simply too powerful for him to handle. The lights went out in his mind and his burly body came crashing down, to land on the ground, motionlessly. Aria leapt down on her target like a rabid beast and threw 2 haymakers with the addition of her weight to make these hits even more devastating.
She had already cocked her fist back for a third but once she noticed that he was unresponsive, she controlled herself and stopped. The, once fortified, material disintegrated into a pile of sand that seeped off her arms. Also, small punctures in her skin were made, which were painless, and sand came pouring out of these holes too.
"What a finish! Lois, the bruiser was not able to utilise his amazing power to overcome his foe! The next match will be between Botan Valin and Nicolas Ken."
