The importance of this event could not be stressed enough, seeing that it happened once every month, it was evident that the meeting had paramountcy to the Mages tasked with maintaining the magical cosmos.

All fifteen Mages present represented all the fifteen towns of the Continent. Three of each wore the same colors and the insignia of their Wings hanging on their necks.

For the First Wing, it was the white and black; for the Second, it was the white and brown; for the Third, the white and blue; the Fourth wore white and red, and the Fifth wore white and green.

Only the High Magus was clad in his regal white and silver, symbolizing his royal power.

"Elveran?" he moved his eyes to one of the Mages in white and blue. "Do I hear correctly? Have there been incidents in your town."

"Unfortunately, Your Eminence, 'incidents' is an understatement." Elveran, who was a bald Mage with hair at the back of his head and a greybeard replied.
