"Are you forgetting the royal rule, Countess Antoinette?" the voice entered the room, resounding loudly.
"Duchess? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be in your study right now?" the countess asked nervously.
"Do I have to do as you wish, Countess?" the duchess questioned.
"No, no! It is clearly not the way you think it is. I was just curious why you arrived here all of a sudden," she stuttered.
"How could I not come here to see what you are doing with the princess? Do you want me to sit calmly in my room not knowing how you're teaching the princess? Or do you want me to turn a blind eye to your teaching, no matter how wrong it is?" the duchess asked.
"No, Duchess! You are thinking wrong. I'm only teaching the princess," the countess said.
"Then what is it that you are doing? You are hitting the princess," the duchess stated.
"I'm giving her punishment. This is what is in my order," the countess explained.
